Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn't working in our room.

The location and long hours for the indoor pool are always fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The heat was cranked to like 90 when we got there; but thats not a huge deal. We just shut it off and opened all the windows. We also didn't realize in order to get to our room we would then have to exit the hotel after using the elevator and walk down an outdoor hallway. Which was only annoying on our one rainy day.

All staff/housekeeping we encountered was super friendly. The room was stocked well with towels & toiletries. It was very very clean. The beds and pillows were really comfy! The balcony had a great ocean view and being on the 5th floor we could view the bay side as well. The immediate boardwalk access is great!

Our room was overly hot. The thermostat didn't control the heat/air, the only solution I was given was shut it off and open our slider to the balcony and was given a fan.

It was a little chillier than we thought, but obviously, that had nothing to do with the hotel.

We liked everything about our stay at the Quality Inn Boardwalk! The location was amazing. The rooms were clean and very well laid out. We loved that there was a small kitchenette right inside the door, so we could cook, if we wanted to...or go out for a bite. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We will be back soon!

Let’s start with no fire alarm replaced where the wires were still hanging as well as wire & tape also at the sliding glass doors! The ice cold draft coming in the front door from the steps the entire stay & especially the colder first night, but BOTH nights, the hallway lights shine into the kitchen into the bed (replace with darker blinds); the dirty unpainted step to go down near our Room 319. Being awakened to the loud Surf event muffled 🎤 speakers outside Saturday am after our (10 hour drive from SC the day before) on our Anniversary morning especially after Celebrating!

size of room, good size bathroom, comfortable bed, view out to beach, having a refrigerator coming with food, drinks to keep cold for 2 nights, convenient, adapters for chargers on the light’s++.Thanks for the coffee in the Lobby ☺️ ~ pretty dark though!

Parking at the building quickly filled up. Staff didn't tell us about the overflow parking lot available across the street. We found it on our own. Once we found it there was plenty of parking available.

The pool and hot tub had excellent hours. 8 am to midnight. The hot tub had a waterfall, which helped relieve my neck pain. Balcony was oceanfront. The beds were excellent. Great location. We had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa, which can be hard to find.

Some things in my room were not functioning properly. Sliding screen door to patio was off, water leaking from AC unit made floor wet my whole stay.

Being on the first floor was very convenient but the view of the ocean was obstructed by the pool fence.

Breakfast was not provided but it was good to have coffee available. There is a restaurant on site but we didn't have an opportunity to eat there. The dinner menu looked good.

Was disappointed in bathroom small and in need of some repairs and updating. Really took away from the room. Enjoyed having sofa to sit on and unwind. Parking was a free for all think would have been better if they had setup a area for bikes only parking. Would recommend and stay again.

Liked location we were there for bike week. Was cozy. Liked sitting out and seeing the ocean right outside backdoor. Indoor pool and hot tub was a plus. Coffee available 24 hrs. In lobby was added plus.

Right in the boardwalk so easy access to most stores and restaurants.

There was a lot of sand and dead plants in the hot tub area. Small counter in bathroom. Could use another mirror. Faucet was difficult for arthritic hands.

The choice of indoor/outdoor pools. The kitchenette in the room with a dishwasher was great. The beds were comfortable. Laundry area was near if needed. Staff seemed eager to offer assistance.
