Always had to ask for bath towels and bath clothes. Did not get any toiletries like soap. Had to bring our own. Other than that our stay was fine.

There was a very bad odor, mostly in the hallway. it smelled strongly of stale, sour cigarette smoke. Also, although the rooms were apparently renovated, the work was done poorly. The walls were painted over, but the surface had not been smoothed of dents and holes first. Caulking in the bathroom was shoddy, and there was a chain on the door that did not have anything to secure it to.

The staff was very friendly,, pleasant and professional. Gave us good information about the room and how to use the renovated shower. Also, it was in a good location to get to lots of things. The outlets were very nearby, within walking distance.

The hotel smelled of marijuana when you walked in, the room wasn't as clean as I was hoping it would be,the room next to us was constantly running their water 😣😣

The location was great! The hotel is located near the Outlets,and plenty of places to eat. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable,nice that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave

Bathroom still messy and under construction. Bug and hair in bathtub. Also someone staying there was smoking Marijuana a lot. Even at 3 in the morning. Saw a bong and an open window on the second floor.

The staff was always helpful. Especially , LIZ. She was fantastic and fun. Bent over backwards to help us. If I had a business I'd hire her.

The main hallway smelled strongly of smoke even though the building was non-smoking. The toilet didn't flush correctly and duct tape was holding a panel on the wall in room. Hotel had signs up that it was under renovation, which it needs.

Check in and Check out was easy. Location was good. Seemed to be a lot of people loitering in the parking lot.

The AC didn't cool the room very well and it was on the lowest setting I could put it at. The big sink took up most of the counter space and being short I had to get on my tippy toes to lean over it. The hairdryer didn't work. The remote didn't change volume on the arrows and when I hit all power to turn it off it was still blue so I had to get up and turn it off at the monitor. I also had to do the volume on the monitor as the buttons wouldn't change it. The faucet in the shower almost pulled out of the wall when I went to pull the knob up to turn the shower on. It had been caulked before but wasn't very secure. The light goes on when you walk into the bathroom but so does the fan. There was no way to turn the fan off and it was loud. Very disruptive when one gets up in the middle of the night for a potty break. The kids running around in the hall and being loud well past 11PM. The thinness of the walls I could hear a couple making their plans for the next day's departure and activities

Being on the back side in a bottom floor room away from traffic noise. no stairs was very important for me.

It was noisy. Could hear conversations in hallway between other guests and staff in the mornings. TV was complicated to operate; no movie channels

Walls were not sound proof neighbors were very loud, we were trying to sleep and people were running up and down the halls all night , causing me to wake constantly and prevent me from having a deep sleep

One of the rooms and when you came in the hall did smell like cigarettes. There were a lot of flies in the rooms. The window in the rooms appeared to be closed, but it wasn't as this was where the flies were coming in at. My husband said there were needles in the grass and police riding around the motel at night. The sheets and towels could have been a bit cleaner. and the tub as well. The window at the end of the hall on the first floor is broke and they have a little machine supposedly blocking it, which is a danger to me. It appears that someone broke the window and they never fixed it.

The lady at the front desk from NY was great.

The lodge was well used. Needs alot of improvement. There was signs that it was under construction but didn't see anything that was being fixed. There was windows at end of hall. The bottom there was no window just an open hole. Anything or anyone could of come in.

The lodge was close to area events. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
