The bed was clean and comfortable. The stovetop was clean. The refrigerator was clean.

The mattress was very hard. Had a back ache everyday I slept on it.

It was in a general quiet area. I was very surprised to have a fully stocked kitchen but no way to clean dishes.

Had to wait more than 15 minutes for staff to return to check me in, with no note left to see when they would return. Also, magnetic card, lost its ability to open the door. Had to get it re-striped twice.

Down stairs for more than one night for hospital procedure; they say they do not have ground floor for 81 years and hospital procedure or operation.

They need a clock in the room and they need to program the tv so it reflects analog ; we had didgial tv and schedule or remote for it.

There were minor things that were wrong with the room that I stayed in. There was a smell in the air like strong mildew. And the pipes were slow to drain.

The price and the the staff were amazing! The property was pretty nice as well!

the bed wasn’t comfortable, they downsized me and didn’t credit me. The ac / heater was off at arrival. The remote and tv function was low grade.

cockroaches in room, kitchen cabinet door hanging off, bathroom door would not shut, microwave was broke & TV didn’t work. only thing they fixed was TV- after we called them. day manager did not talk, nor acknowledge what I told him. replies ~ what do you want? me~ another room! he didn’t apologize for the nasty room with cockroaches or anything.

checked in late and staff was helpful! said we could change room to deluxe (what we reserved) the next day. (mix up in dates on my part. Day Mgr was rude.

See above. I had to be at the Hospital at 5:30 AM on Monday for a half-day heart procedure. Also we were in Room 241. Had to walk up exterior stairs and then halfway down the row to our room. The clerk didn't advise me that there is an elevator between the buildings; would have made our reaching the room FAR less strenuous! I called the front desk to find out how to select a TV channel, either by a card (none in the room) or on the TV. He said he didn't have any directory available; just "you have to scroll through the channels". That's just not acceptable service. Cleanliness was generally quite good, especially the bathroom and the kitchen appliances and cook/serving utensils. However, the side of the refrigerator was covered with ugly brown spots, seemingly of spattered food. That's unsightly and possibly a safety concern.

The check staff wouldn't commit to answering questions about the stay. Kept saying to talk to manager even though I had an email but refused to read it and said dont care it doesnt matter, talk to manager. Asked for late check out of 2 hours pass the due time and offered to pay, but kept telling to take it up with manager (this stay was on a weekend!). Even gave me wrong info on manager hours so I never could talk to manager. I did get the late check out but I had to fight with the same person 3 different times

The AC was not left On upon arrival but didn't take long to cool. No biggie. The mattress is not comfortable.

I come here alot and it's going down hill. Remote for tv didn't work. Curtains look like it caught on fire. It was torn. Roaches and flies in the room. Toilet dirty. Some lights not working. I will not return again

There were small roaches and other insects around the kitchenette sink and counter. The air conditioner was very loud. Walls were thin ( I could hear someone snoring in the next room)

told that my reservation had been cancelled when i arrived to check in! came back to my room at midnight only to discover that no one had bothered to make the bed or clean the room. toilet inefficient with very weak flush. had to call front desk to correct problem with door not locking security. later the screws holding in the lock were still loose.
