The restaurant. There were dirty dishes at our table, not enough servers, but 3 hosts standing around, and the busboy kept tossing dishes loudly and grabbing things off of our table roughly, dropping stuff all over. Food was mediocre.

The Boysenberry & Vanilla Cream soap, lotion, body wash, etc. smelled fantastic! Everything in the room was clean and comfortable.

Parking bad,renovations, small room making it difficult to move around, water pressure not good, shower head with built up corrosion, bathroom very small and tight. Not much room for the price paid.

Perfect location. So close to Knotts Berry Farm just a 5 min walk, and the walk is through the marketplace. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Will definitely stay there again.

I did not order breakfast at the hotel due to the high cost (buffet). It would have been lovely if it were included, or at the very least had a la carte options that were less expensive.

Clean hotel and nice newly renovated room! Comfy bed. Proximity to the park and shopping area was excellent.

They are renovating and their was a bit of noise and a terrible smell on our floor in the hall and in our room. Not sure I’d stay there again because if the smell, but everything else was heat

The beds were covered pretty hard and we were next to a family with small children ( of course it is an amusement park), you could hear everything through the walls. The baby and little ones were up very very early so we didn’t get much sleep.

The location of hotel is right next to the park and the hotel works with an electric scooter place that is half the price as the ones inside the park. Walking distance from park is major plus.

I chose this hotel to bring my kids for Christmas after a day at Knotts Berry Farm. For the price per night I was hoping the hotel would be decorated for the holiday. You wouldn't even know it was Christmas. There were no decorations whatsoever. I was really disappointed. Next time I'll be looking at other options for that price. Also, the Christmas breakfast at $25 was severely lacking. Again, the staff was nothing short of awesome. The quality vs cost definitely raised an eyebrow.

The Staff was absolutely amazing. The girls at check in and every team member I passed were so cheerful and kind.

Staff was exceptionally nice and professional. The young lady at reception went out of the way to get us something to eat when my 5 year old was hungry at night. The hotel is lucky to have such dedicated employees!

Staff need training. Back of house were good but asked reception how to get to mall. Was told would need an uber when reality was a easy 10 minute walk. Local knowledge was lacking. Laundry facilities were an external company and staff couldn't help with operation, extensive Reno's being carried out of which we were aware. Told 8am-5 for construction but woken at 7am to extreme jackhammer noise. To be fair they moved our room when advised of issue. $50 a day per bag for storage seems excessive and very limited dining options outside of a 10-20 minute walk if u have no car. TV out for 1 day of stay due to internet issues, bath would block unless you removed plud, no shuttle service however company buses were around the facility. Little details just off point for a hotel linked to a big theme park

It is under construction so it wasn't as good of stay as it has been. For the first time we had to pay $15 a day for parking. The rooms are already $200 plus. Kind of dissapointing. The water pressure in the shower could be better.

Totally aware going into booking that major renovations were being carried out. However first morning we were Woken to jackhammers at 7am. The property was also a significant distance from any restaurant or dining or food options. The restaurant was shut due to Reno's of which we were aware but room service shut early leaving extremely limited options if you were late in. Overall the hotel was pretty isolated
