Our condo was on the 3rd floor and there were no elevators. Dragging luggage, food, etc up several flights of stairs was no fun.

Beautiful grounds, kitchen was perfect and nice patio. Loved the shows in the afternoons, esp the Hula show. The bar & restaurant by the pool were handy too.

No tea kettle. Few coffee packs in spite of we were staying 9 nights. The same for dish washer and laundry detergent - only to use couple of times...

Pools are very good and convenient. Rooms are specious and comfortable enough. Kitchen is good but luck of flatware.

The pool was not heated but it was good enough on 82 degrees days. TV was a bit fussy. Sometimes it worked other times it did not? We didn't watch a lot but at night ti wind down.

The kitchen and supply for eating and cooking was awesome! Loved the coffee maker. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms even in the 1 bedroom suite we stayed in. Loved the patio and grilling facilities. Everything was well within walking. Loved the views of ocean. We saw whales!

Refresh of rooms should have been in the 5-6 day range. things get a bit grungy after 14 days!

Loved the pool area and our room faced the ocean and a beautiful manicured golf course. We were there for 10 days, and their cleaning of rooms etc was only done after 14 days. I feel that is a bit long without a refresh, especially if you have kids. they did offer to give cleaning products, etc if we wanted them But I am on vacation and did not want to have to clean/ change linens etc, All in all the staff was wonderful and very kind.

No beach access on property. Nearby public beaches are 10mins away (by car) Most of the restaurants/eating options are about 15-20mins away

Didn’t like that there weren’t any elevators. So if you’re on 3rd floor like us, it was a little challenging getting our luggage and things up/down the stairs.

The staff were great. Very spacious throughout the whole entire condo. Loved that they have activities you can sign up for to do there especially for kids. Also loved the fact that they have 2 different pool locations with hot tubs and even better, one of the pools is open late.

Bathrooms were a bit dated. Our villa had a really loud fridge! I turned it up to try to get it to run less often. I suspect the compressor won't last too much longer.

Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. We were on the top floor with a lanai over looking the golf course. It was quiet. The villa and property facilities suited our needs. We rented a car and so the 'parking included' was perfect. Location wise the resort was within a reasonable driving distance to everything we wanted to do and see during our stay.

We couldn't stay longer!

Host accommodated us in a newly renovated unit, so it was super clean, laminate flooring instead of carpet (better for us),great space to hang out, spacious lanai and clean. The bed was comfortable and the two bathrooms were clean. The jacuzzi and pool were nice too.
