Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Parking could be an issue if full capacity because public parking for beach use is also an option and could make it difficult for paying customers to have a place to park.

Staff lied about it being on Expedia and a customer that used that service, stated he was shocked about the parking charges. He stated he had to click 8 times in the more section before the parking charge showed up. It felt like an entrapment.

Also you have to pay parking which that should be highlighted on booking cause I have never had to pay parking at a hotel or motel. Just crazy. And it wasn't cheap.

United Statesbreakfast could have had meat! we were notified that they had to cancel room while we were driving from Oklahoma and then we were told we would be accommodated but the next day, we were told if we want to check in early we had to pay 40 more dollars in which we had to pay we were hour and 1/2 early and we wouldn't have had to do that if they didn't cancel the day before.. our 4 year old ended up getting sick so we had no choice. they didn't accommodate us at all. the floor was filthy...

United StatesThe unit I had rented was not available, and they were unable to get it ready for us. So we were put in 2 separate rooms instead of my kids and I being kept together. The floors of the rooms were so dirty it stained out socks.
I liked that the front desk staff let us store our luggage until our unit was ready. Also stored our luggage after we checked out before our Uber arrived. Breakfast was EXCELLENT, we were early and the front desk person seemed irritated (rightfully so, we didn't look at the time).

United StatesThe place was dirty. I had a roach crawl out of the shower. It didn't look like it had really been wiped down in a long time. Lamps had large amounts of dirt and grime. I had to retrieve an item from behind the end table and found other peoples belongings, also very dirty behind it.
