Pay for parking and the bathrooms weren’t drawing properly

Parking was not great and you have to pay to park in the hotel lot...which was a first for me in all of my travels. Rooms were not the cleanest - mostly the floors felt Gritty and gross. Bathroom needs serious updates. The room was pretty small.

That the room smelled like smoke/weed. Our key door stopped working, and there was mold on the ceiling and on the walls. The beds had sand on them.

Paying for parking $15 a day $30 total. I paid in full the first day for two days and woke up the next morning with another pending charge for $262.04. Held some of my money up for no reason.

The breakfast area wasn’t big enough and guests were in line all through the lobby. Everyone was on top of each other and waiting for the only thing to eat which was waffles.

Understaffed. Bed was covered in dog hair. Asked for clean bedding, which they just dropped off and we had to change the sheets ourselves. Once person working front desk. Waited for an hour to check in.

Our sheets were dirty, The bathroom door is falling, The elevator didn't work we had to go up to the third floor by the stairs, when I filled out the application to pay for parking the application said $8 dollars and on my card charge it said $15 dollars

Parking room smelled like cigarettes they do not clean rooms if you stay more than 1 night. U have to personally ask them to come In and clean room

They charge 45.00 for parking for 2 day with you thinking that they will reimburse you. That is not the case.

The property is undergoing renovation, which I can accept, but I was disappointed at having to pay $45.00 to park. The site specifically states free parking. This should be waived for guests or at least included in the room rate. We asked for two extra blankets and received one mattress cover. The parking lot was filthy. Trash everywhere. I will not recommend this property or stay there again. Very disappointed. The staff was exceptionally nice.

Out dated, Room service did not come to my room entire time I stayed to clean and on top of that they expect you to pay $15 for parking on top of what you pay for the rooms .

The rooms and bathrooms were nothing like what was pictured, besides the purple walls. And the breakfast did not have very many options.

Bathroom door would not close due to screws not holding. Asked the staff several times to have it fixed. They fixed it the day before we left

I wish the beds were bigger , and they need better selection for breakfast… no one took our trash or check on us for towels .. which they policy to take towels to front to get more towels but no one told us we just learned on our own and our keys to room kept not working , overall need to work on some things , pictures on website are not the same of what hotel looks like !!

At 9 in the morning of the day we was supposed to check out the cleaning staff tried to come in didn't announce who they was , I was still asleep so they woke me up and then they tried to come in till my husband yelled at them.. and check out isn't till 11 so they should be mindful of people that sleep in on vacation

The staff, especially Nick had a really bad attitude. We paid extra for 2 rooms that were ocean view, he claimed they did not reserve ocean view rooms and got standard rooms for the price of ocean view. They made it a hassle getting reimbursed the price difference.

Rooms were clean. And they did offer complimentary breakfast.
