Over priced for what it is and the location. Staff aren't very friendly. . Can definitely tell they do their own repairs and renovating . Very loud due to the location and how close the busy road is. .

Shower doors were broken, shower valves were old type so if someone else opened the water in other rooms the water would turn cold. The bedding had stains and the rooms were not clean, and I fell to notice that it was a pet friendly motel, so the rooms did not have a pleasant smell.

We had no towels in our room. Office was closed till 9:30 am and nobody would come when we rang the bell so we're never able to get towels.

Poor cleanliness. The room smells mold. The bed sheets are dirty and uncomfortable because I constantly itch myself. The ac is not working properly. You can hear the other room having s*x. Their office is not 24/7. Lastly, the amount of money we pay vs the service we get is ridiculous.

As a no-frills motel, it does not include soap, washcloths, drinking cups, or work space. Many of the furnishings were worn down, including the small refrigerator (which was freeze-only, despite controls). The TV reception frequently broke down. The wi-fi was impossible to connect with. The water temperature in the shower would abruptly shift from warm to cold and back.

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. No pest problems. Plenty of on-site parking.

NO clothes rod/ closet.. I hung my clothes on the shower curtain rod in the bathroom! NO hook in bathroom NO hand towels or wash clothes very small room with a large bed difficult to walk around the bed NO PLACE for pets to do their business anywhere on the property!!! A lot of homeless/ sketchy people on and off property 3 story building with NO ELEVATOR owners/ office not available until after 9:30 am

easy to get to. cheaper than when the CZU fire evacuated our town while 950 homes full of memories turned to cinders. that night I saw them raise thei prices from the 200 we payed to over 500 within 3 people in line behind me. still. I’ve stayed in worse.

The room was not clean. Bathroom was dirty and things were falling apart. Towels were filthy. For the price we paid it should have been nicer.

The bed sheets were dirty so asked for clean ones and were given to me. The floor was not sweeped or vaccumed. The courtesy shampoo and soaps were used by previous visitors we were not given new ones. No elevator.

Walking distance to the Boardwalk and Beach. Food and stores were also walking distance. Clerk was nice when we asked for items for the room.

• Our bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke. • The water in the shower kept switching from hot to cold…so you had to keep adjusting the water. • The restroom door wouldn’t close • Toilet lid kept falling down when you were sitting on it …. totally overpriced.

there was trash left in the room, we asked for more towels, and the ones we got where dirty they look like they weren’t even wash. and it was the first motel that I have ever stayed at that didn’t have coffee in the room. and the microwave is about to fall apart
