Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

This hotel is located perfectly in the Strip centre which makes it convenient point to walk around. My room was upgraded and I have a wonderful view of the Paris hotel and Bellagio fountains. Room was big and comfortable. Check-in was faster compared to all other Las Vegas hotels that I have been. Staff on the reception were very polite and welcoming. Price was also competitive for the weekend compared to the same class hotels.

United StatesWe drove in so you had to park in the parking garage which was literally a mile away and you had to walk through the miracle mile food court to get to the elevators going up stairs. Plus, there is absolutely no signage to give you any indication where check in is. Don't ask any security people, janitors, or Casino staff, they are useless. They don't even know where they are in the building. And, once you get in, there is no way out. Ask someone in the hallway from a story they tie you up trying to sell you something. One thing you can count on...all road lead to the Casino! You just can't get out.
The room was clean. The location was fantastic. I liked the security.

The facilities and the housekeeper called Anthony. Very polite, always smiling, he cleaned the room impeccably and is a credit to your company. He should be trained for the front desk. He has excellent people skill.

United KingdomWhen our keycard stopped working, there was no customer service desk and no other staff available so our only option was to join the very long check in queue to get help.
We were kindly given a complimentary upgrade with wonderful views of the Bellagio fountains. Room was incredibly spacious with comfy beds, a fridge and large bathroom. Location ideal with excellent dining options. Pool area was spacious. Late checkout saved our bacon on the last day, with a choice of times.
