Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

beds were comfortable, it was quiet in the room throughout the sleeping hours. I recommend bringing your own pillow. but for a quick passing through save this wasn’t a bad spot.

United StatesThere was mold in yhe bathroom. The coffee was nasty. The breakfast was nasty. The bed was not the most comfortable. We ran out of toilet tissue and had to get dome from the front office.

Sucking teeth telling maintenance guy she was not in mood for this today , I ask her where breakfast was served since I was not told . My bad, and told me at 7 days I had to leave . they don’t let anyone stay more than 7 days can I see this on this site please I didn’t see it. I watched them kick 3 rooms of construction workers out at 8 pm because they don’t except company payments on weekends wow
the sheets were amazing, laundry person knows how to make hotel laundry look amazing , no stains , holes, I was like wow they gave me faith in people who care .

United StatesThis was supposed to be a Handicapped room. The only thing that was not Handicapped was the TOILET IN ROOM 115. Even though you had handicapped rails around the toilet, my sister and Mom and myself had a hard time lifting ourselves up off the toilet because it was so low to the ground. We all have bad knees and legs. This motel needs to put a Handicapped Toilet in each Disabled Motel Room. Also last time I came to this motel in September 2022, there was a Portable Shower Seat in the shower and had so much gunk and germs on it after other people put their nasty butts on it. You need to remove these portable shower chairs out of Room 119 also.

United StatesMy room was infested with little flies, it made me feel like I was going crazy because every time I killed 1 I saw another a couple hours later so I’m positive (after awhile) that wasn’t the same one. I was awakened on last morning to staff outside my door talking ignorantly loud to the point I had to ask them to pipe down. Really ruined my last morning since I was told I could check out at 12. I was also hit with a charge that I wasn’t aware of($32) made me feel as though going through the app to save money was pointless.

United StatesI didn't really like the location in proximity to downtown Savannah I also didn't like the hotel staff was rude the clerk was eating peanuts the whole time while we were trying to talk to her she acted like she didn't even want to be there and when it's when we got there the room my room had hairs all over the bathroom and in the sync it was disgusting.
I did like that there were places that I could walk to to get something to eat if I wanted to.
