We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOne small thing: The window blind needs to replace for I see the bottom part was broken, cheap quality I could see inside when I lowered myself to look in to see. So, I tried to fix, but I couldn't. Just turned lights off and wearing properly until checked out.
Everything was good, I got there really late by not knowing that there was no taxis at the airport at 1:00am. A young man named Brian was awesome helping my heavy luggage to upstairs/no elevator and very friendly, kind. Breakfast was fine for me bagels, croissants scrambled baked egg, instant oatmeal and drinks. I don't eat much. I didn't have time to use, but swimming pool looks clean and heated, Jacuzzi hot tub looks inviting and opened 24hs. Most importantly the room and bathroom was clean, bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure, had refrigerator, microwave, all I needed. Thank you for your help, Brian!

NorwayThis was a motel and not a hotel. There was very little or no sound isolation between rooms and outdoors, woke up several times due to noise outdoors. The complementary breakfast cannot be considered as food.

United StatesWe killed 2 spiders in the room. We were placed in room 222 on the second floor and were told it was a non smoking facility. After 10pm our downstairs neighbor began smoking weed and it vented on up to our room and it was very unpleasant. There were several vehicles that drove through the parking lot at night with their music extremely loud that kept waking us up. We explained the situation to Vanessa at the front office on our way out and she just looked at us and didn’t say much….. do not recommend this location!

United StatesThey ran out of food at breakfast a couple of days between 7:30 and 8 o'clock. When guests asked if there was any more fruit, danish, yogurt the answer was no not today. We were told that our room would be cleaned every 3 days which was fine. After 3 days we got new towels. The sheets were not changed, the used towels were not removed and the garbage was not removed. When I asked about this I was told they were very busy with other rooms and we could change the sheets ourselves.

United StatesBreakfast was very poor. The first morning we showed up, there was no food left. The second morning there was very little food. No juice or water just coffee, cheap bagels, and old bananas. The biggest issue was the loudness. This property is more like a motel not hotel.
