The bed was very soft needed a sofa to relax on. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and loose. Need repairs.

The coffee and juice machines for breakfast are pretty awful. The juices tasted mostly like water and the coffee in the room was better than the lobby machine.

The room is quiet and comfortable. There is a fridge and in room coffee.

I check in Thursday 17th and I was given the wrong key and somebody was in the room but I looked at it just mistake and two no hot breakfast on the 19 th because the cook did not come in which they should've had someone else to come.

While the front desk stated that the hotel is no longer a smoking establishment, the room and curtains still reeked of smoke when you entered the rooms. Needed to apply "Kilz" before repainting the walls to eliminate the order and either replace or use a stronger detergent on the linens and fabric items in the room. I recommend taking more time to apply some type of mold remover in the shower and bathroom in general. There are too many items on the market to have mold on the shower floor and in the corners As an added note, don't reuse the key holder! I tore mines up as it had three previous room numbers scratched out on it! You never know where people place those items! It's unsanitary and looks cheap!

The location was close enough to the venue, restaurants, and shopping that I needed.

Minor issues. Like there should be some spray for the waffle iron. The lobby/dining area was very stuffy. Other than that...it was a good hotel.

The rooms and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. It was easy to check in and check out. The parking was abundant and all is free. They did offer morning breakfast which is nothing special. Continental breakfast.

Flies in the breakfast area were really annoying and not hygiene. One night the neighbouring room was loudly quarrelling in dirty words from 10 to midnight. We , and our 2 teenage kids could clearly hear each word. The manager finally stepped in after we made 2 calls and the nightmare drew to an end. The next night from 2-3am, the room on the other side sent loud moan of sex.

Staff was nice and always ready to help.

The gym was mostly filled with cardio equipment and not a lot of weights. The breakfast did have a small variety but it was okay if you are fine with a small breakfast.

The room was clean. The room was nicely renovated. There was a couple of restaurants in short distance and a convenience store.

The hotel is under renovation and when I go to breakfast at 8 a.m. , there is not much left. I set an alarm to go at 6:30 a.m. and got more varieties.

The staff was very friendly and told us how to which subway to drive to. The beds were very comfortable. It's a nice location and the price was very affordable.

They could offer water outside of breakfast hours like most hotels do.

It is exactly what is needed when you just need a cheap and clean place to stay near DC. It is a great alternative to staying in DC. It is easy to hop into town or go anywhere nearby. DC already has a lot of traffic, so you'll deal with that regardless. But overall, super clean (and thankfully NO bugs! 👍) and comfortable for how much you pay and where it's located.

There was blackout with electricity that lasted maybe few hours, but it was on a larger area so it was of course not the fault of the hotel. Blackout started before we were checking in, so reception computers were offline. But this was not a big problem because reception staff handled the situation professionally and managed to give us a room that we had booked.

Affordable hotel near Washington, D.C. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways were not very clean and there was some renovations going on, but room was clean and comfortable.

I was in room 315. the box spring encasements need to be cleaned. The muffins need to be better because they just get wasted. and the eggs need to be replaced with a better brand.

The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was OK. Eggs horrible. Quiet. Clean Store and restaurant and ice cream right out front.

We stayed here my son had a football game close by. The hotel was hidden away next to a pizza place and convince store which was perfect and just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

No cups in the room for coffee or drinks were provided in the room. Probably an oversight & and the rust stains on the shower rack (not good). Otherwise, overall a very pleasant stay.

The location was great for me as it was just minutes from Joint Base Andrew's where I was conducting a business venture. The room was clean, bed comfortable & breakfast apetizing. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating to meet my needs.
