Waited over 15 minutes at the counter. A staff member was sarcastic…a clever bully. It should have been noted that the facility was under construction. I will not have utilized the hotel at that time because there is always danger with children around during construction. I had 5 children with me making it nervy and uncomfortable on the 1st floor.

The beds were very comfortable. Some staff members did their best to be helpful. They served breakfast. The swimming pool was available. There was expansion going on which is great if disclosed to clients.

That the website didn’t say the hotel is under renovations, anytime you need towels for the pool, you have to go to the front desk to retrieve them and good luck if someone is present to give you towels, the couch and bed sheets had stains and the trashed piled up for 3 days until housekeeping removed it by the ice maker.

some part of the hotel were under renovation, so that was an eye sore. the tv in my room was not functioning. they stated that it would work shortly but it never did. regardless, i stayed in the room.

The property was in the midst of a major overhaul and transfer between owners. As the rooms being offered were prior to the renovation, there were a lot of issues with in-room things not functioning and many amenities were not available. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful with fixing what they could.

The location is pretty good and many options for very good and quick food are nearby. The highway is right next to the hotel as well. The staff was always helpful and nice. The Wi-fi did not require any password and was both simple to use and reliable.

Our other room lacked the refrigerator and microwave. The pool smelled like marijuana. The carpet was dirty. I had chosen to pay in advance and the hotel did not take the payment.

It had the pool. One of our rooms had a refrigerator and microwave. I'll go easy because the hotel is switching ownership and is undergoing a lot of changes.

Very noisy and cluttered 1st and 2nd floors. Lots of trash and items outside the rooms. Loud gatherings in parking lot. I am guessing this is a sanctuary residence for immigrants which would explain the current conditions. Quite noticeable. The staff was doing the best they could. Constantly saw employees cleaning and picking up trash. The pool was over crowded with kids and appeared like it was the source of their baths. Garden area was cute but way too many personal items outside the patio doors of the first floor. All the doors were wide open and many screen doors damaged.

Grounds overall were good. Room was clean and spacious. View was nice

the breakfast is highly lacking compared to other places we’ve stayed for around the same price , and the breakfast area wasn’t kept stocked or very clean …. I’d say this is really the only department that is lacking ! the pool hours could use extended …. when you come to stay to go do something….. but can’t use the pool after b/c they close it too early.

There was a family living in a unit by the door to the parking closest to our room and constantly garbage and things right outside.

Breakfast needs improvement. Front desk staff was very nice, housekeeping did a fine job.
