We had a problem with the door to our room - reported it to the manager as we checked out & he was very apologetic and said he would get it fixed.

Very comfortable room, especially the bed. Liked the kitchen facilities.

The fold out couch bed wasn't what we expected. It wasn't bad, just not what we expected. There wasn't a sheet provided for it either, only a blanket and pillow. We didn't have enough towels and washcloths in the room upon arrival. It was a small inconvenience though, and when I went down to the front desk they were very accommodating.

We liked the space that we had with the suite. It was very roomy. The full kitchen was so nice to have too! It also included all the dishes and utensils we needed. Everything was very clean.

You have to pay for the parking, $5/day. If you arrive late at night, you might not find an available spot for your car. We were lucky to find the last one available one night.

We travelled by car so the location was great, I loved the neighborhood, quiet and safe, the building looked so American (sorry, tourists here). The room, studio actually, was very big (we even had a kitchenette), the bathroom was nice, spatious room, big TV. The bed was very comfy. 20-25mins by car till Washington DC. The staff was very kind and helpful. It has parking. We enjoyed our stay. *We recommend Cafe Kindred for breakfast, 5mins by car, 10mins walk.

The location is so convenient to go around for dining and visiting D.C. We just needed between 15-20 minutes for driving. It’s also near DCA airport.

No scrubbers to wash pans. Pans are not nonstick. Fold out couch is hard no sheets or blankets available.

The position of the Tv was only able to watch it from the sofa and not in the bed.

I was charged twice for the room and still hasn't been resolved. I was told the GM would deal with the issue, but still no resolution on their part. Also, on the second day of my stay my key card wasn't working. It was a bit annoying having to go back to the front desk to get the key card to work. The air freshener in the hotel was too overpowering.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean and location was optimal.

I didn't notice that there was a $5/day extra charge for parking - not a big deal, but perhaps the listing could show this more prominently. Also noticed that the walls were on the thin side - I could hear some noise from other rooms, and definitely from the parking lot.

This place had everything I needed - a very comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, adequate size bathroom and storage, easy parking ($5/day). Everything worked and appeared clean. Overall, I was delighted with my room for a 5-day stay. I feel like this property offers good value, and the people working there are polite and helpful.

Some guests were a little on the rowdy side;I was staying over the new year's holiday, so that's likely why.

Property is well located within falls church. A short bus ride to the metro. Rooms were spacious and the entire property was surprisingly clean, given that it's a long stay hotel that equips reach room/ suite with full kitchens. There aren't any frills like breakfast, but i think the reasonable price and fully equipped kitchens make it a competitive option for anyone seeking a longer stay option. I very much enjoyed my stay of 6 nights.

No breakfast, a few options up front but very limited. Parking is $5 which isn't bad but necessary? No.

The sofa is not comfortable to sit on for very long and is definitely NOT a sofabed. The desk chair is not comfortable if you sit in it for remote work for multiple hours.

The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware and cookery. The shower is great!

The restaurant wasn't open yet. I think it's being remodeled. Our room was right under the stairs, so a little loud in the late evening. Showers should have slip strips added. The kitchen had only 1 small cutting knife. Mini mart had no bottled water.only soda.

Location was a 10 minute walk from family. Nice local feel. The staff was very nice and accommodating with our late check-in. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Pet friendly.

Some kitchen utensils (collander, spatula...) were missing when we arrived. But after asking for them, we received them within a few hours.

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable suite. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. East Falls Church Metro can be reached on foot (less than 1.5 miles).

The key cards used to unlock the doors are a hit and a miss. They need to upgrade the system or fix that somehow like how other hotels do this or add mobile access with NFC. The fire alarm went off for no reason two days in a row! At night waking me up from a good sleep. They were doing some maintenance work which might have triggered this. The Hotel has so much potential and I don't want to be too judgemental with my one stay but they need to fix the lock mechanism as I have read other reviews as well saying the same.

Spacious rooms for a hotel more like an apartment. Tvs in all rooms. Dining area. Kitchen with utensils. Grocery store Aldi at a walkable distance.beds were surprisingly great. I got a good sleep.
