Our condo room was starting to show its age but met our needs. Floors needed to be mopped. The loungers at the pool by building 406 need to be replaced.

Lots to do. The grounds were tidy and pool areas clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. 500 area at the back is updated but busier. 400 area condos need some refreshing but they are less busy so you can choose what is most important during your stay.

Front desk was horrible. Check in she made me wait a long time to check in we already didn’t arrive until 3a.m and we had to wait 40 minutes to check in she didn’t tell me about anything so I was clueless when it came to anything about the resort. She just shouldn’t be in customer service she went to the back while I waited 40 minutes smh. At checkout she just acted like it bothered her to check me out smh. Other than front desk everyone else was fantastic this is my first time at this particular resort and I have never had a worse interaction at any other resort in Orlando besides this one. Front desk customer service definitely needs a lot of work. Unfortunately because of this alone we will not be returning to this resort there are way more options that treat you better than this one

Room a little dated. No cleaning services during 2 week stay.

Beds very comfortable. Lots of facilities on site like Starbucks, pizzeria and lots of pools. The water fountains and nature in the resort are beautiful. Very close to supermarkets/restaurants.

The only thing I didn't like was the phone service. My phone service wasn't working on the facility, I had to using wifi calling. That's the only thing yall need to work on

It is not worth all the hype. They were pricey. The food and drinks were very pricey. The pools could be 24 hours.

The staff were very friendly. It was very clean in all buildings and our room. They had activities and many pools. Location was great.

Some of the services not always open. Not well staffed at the check-in process to handle number of travelers for Spring Break and Easter Weekend.. WS surprised to learn that the hotel part “Exploria Express” had been sold . O e of the buildings had some people in. The other/main building was closed and appears being renovated, probably for the new owners. Not much information available from the staff on property.. Was surprised at check-out that they were not able to service customers by emailing room bills and charges - had to print out there.

We had some very loud neighbors. Slamming doors at every hour. At about 3 am. The kids were running and jumping all ice above our condo.

We have stayed here 2 years ago. And wanted to go back. We love it here!

The traffic is increasing in the area and the developers are trying to turn it into a busier area.

I really enjoy that it is near the parks but has an element of old Florida and country!

Can't stay bored. There's plenty of activities offered at the property to enjoy! Awesome place to relax as well after all the fun in the sun. The beds are firm and comfy, the rooms are clean and spacious with no surrounding noise of neighboring rooms. My favorite part was the ceiling fans! I liked how all the information about the resort is easily found on their website. Even the weather was perfect!

The only thing we were disappointed in was that the bar by the one pool was closed due to renovations, it would have been nice to know this in advance.

We love this resort and definitely would come back. There are so many things to do right at the resort or you can just sit by one of the many pools and relax if you want.

The sounds of plumbing noises in the first floor apartment ( sink, tub, toilet) bathroom. We had a problem with the toilet and tub overflowing once before it was taken care off but the noises continued daily afterwards. We were in Building 402 Apartment 106.

Loved the amenities/ pools/resort and the speed someone came to repair a plumbing problem in the apartment.

Unfortunately, the only thing we found questionable was our toilet seat was broken in our bathroom and also the bedroom fan was not working. I meant to say something at the desk and forgot. But we didn’t allow that to bother our stay. My grandson was very sad to leave and we were too.

We like the convenience of our room and balcony by the pool. I have grandson liked your mini golf, ping-pong and other activities. We love the area when we did our daily walks. Everything was convenient and we were able to walk wherever we needed to go a lot of very nice people too.

Our unit was first floor and the elevator was just outside the bedroom window. We could easily hear every word.

The pools and amenities on the property were all good. Wish there were more adult activities on the property. My only complaint is about our room, the jacuzzi tub started leaking out of nowhere from beneath and also the toilet in our condo. It seems as though this is recurrent from the looks of the patching and paint around the bottom of the tub that looks like they temporarily fix it and cover it up instead of completely fixing this problem. Nevertheless maintenance came and fixed the leak and cleaned up all the water in our condo. Luckily our daughter had two bedroom condo at the same time next door so we stayed at her condo until ours was fixed. Still have yet to speak to the manager as promised about this. They didn’t offer anything to help rectify the inconvenience of the pipe leaks in the condo all they did was patch it up clean up all the water and send us right back to the same condo. We expected more to compensate for the inconvenience but nope. Nothing to accommodate us at all. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to speak with us nor return our call about this yet as we were promised.
