Each cabin and cottage has a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware and tea/coffee making facilities. All include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Some cottages feature a spa bath and gas fire.

There were plenty of utensils and dishes for us to do our basic cooking, and the room was spacious enough to relax in. The check in process was so easy and much appreciated as we were running late but still got into the cabin without any trouble!!

The heating was on when we arrived, so it was lovely to step into a warm, cosy cabin surrounded by bush. It felt private and so quiet - we felt completely relaxed here. Kitchen was great and bed was warm and comfy. Walk straight over the road to the Visitor Centre to book tours. Loved this experience

The lodge upgrades since our last trip were great, much more comfortable. The refurbished bistro was excellent. The various wood fires make it all very relaxing...

Rooom was great with a lovely view into the forest beyond. Shower was wonderful with really good pressure. Dinner was ok, but what you'd expect for a buffet style dinner. Snack bar could have had more options as we did not wish to go to the restaurant the second night. The alcoholic drinks were very very expensive and if you wanted a bottle of wine to take to your room nothing under $60.

Location doesn’t get more special than on the edge of the cradle mountain national park. Platypus and wambats playing in front you while you eat incredible meals in the restaurant. The tavern is a hot! Wether it was just for a drink or a meal, all of it was lovely. The spa was amazing, such a wonderful and the staff were so lovely and we felt completely melted and relaxed after.

We Loved Everything! We had a split level room, view of the bush was lovely. Bed and couch in room was comfy and relaxing. Shared lounge area with fireplace was the best! Location was a short drive to the mountain info centre to catch the bus up the mountain. Food was fantastic... buffet breakfast was included and can't fault it. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. It is more per night than we usually pay for accommodation, but 100% worth the price.

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We travelled for our honeymoon and when they found out, they upgraded our room and gave us a free breakfast. We LOVED the nature walk around the hotel and the information on things to do around the hotel was amazing. The sunken lounge near our room had a lovely wood fire which was great for a cold rainy day..

The beautiful warm cosy apartment. We stayed at the Pine ones. We had a fantastic meal at the Highlands Restaurant, the service was exceptional and the meal was cooked to perfection. Breakfast had everything you would want. We also ate at the bistro which was also good. Both of us had steak and cooked just as we asked for. My highlights would have to be the wombats, the beautiful walks and the best place to relax and unwind. It was our honeymoon and as a lovely gesture the sent a bottle of sparkling wine to our room with a special card.
