Nice location near Asian grocer across the street, not far from walk along river and bay. It was a great value and a better place than I was expecting. Friendly staff. No complaints. It was super comfortable

Fab hotel. Booked this last minute and was not disappointed. All staff were fantastic & couldn't of done any more for me. Meal was lovely and was handy having the laundry facility there. Mackay wasn't on my intinary to stop but the staff made this an enjoyable stay, and took away from the stress of not being able to reach my original destination of Airlie Beach due to road closures and weather conditions.

Our hosts made us feel a part of the family. We even received a courtesy call once we'd checked out, advising us of a road closure due an accident ahead of us and to take an alternate route. Our bed was sooo comfortable too. 😴
