It has been sensitively restored and the fact that it's small really makes it feel like you are staying in a grand dwelling from years ago The fact that there is a museum in the building which guests have free access to, is a massive added bonus The hotel is right in the centre of punto arenas right beside the central square, so it's really handy to everything The staff were really helpful and friendly The rooms are a little small, but they are well equipped, and I think it's just a factor of the maintenance of the original layout. I loved the location, right on the Punta Arenas waterfront - good birding and very scenic! The staff were friendly and very helpful, assisting us with our multiple bookings and helping us print out critical documents for travel within Chile. I appreciated the in-house restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Having coffee and tea available outside dining hours was also much appreciated.
