We chose a studio. It was a beautiful, new, well organised room with a great kitchenette. It was perfect. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We didnt eat here but it is very popular so must be good. We appreciated our own space after 2 weeks travelling around Germany and eating out. The town is a short drive away.

Fabulous traditional hotel. Quality furnishings and highest standards of hotel-keeping. Fabulous dinner and breakfast served by attentive and well trained staff. We had a nice 1-night stay. Staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. We had the best scrambled eggs every. My wife burned her toast, and the staff made a funny comment that it is black forest toast. We were in the black forest region, so it is a great location for visiting it. We would stay there again. The a/c was turned off since it was in the 4 degrees Celsius outside, and we opened the window, and it was very pleasant. We thought it would be loud at night, but the town was very quiet.
