This is an excellent place to stay in Sanremo. Francesco made for a quite superb host - very helpful, very attentive, and an all-round nice guy. We were quite early to the apartment but he was already there ready to meet us, which we appreciated. The kitchen facilities are very good, the beds are super comfy, the bathroom is nice and bright, and the location in relation to the city centre couldn't be any better.

This is an exceptional property. Very well designed, very clean, modern and in a great location. The family hosts are also wonderful. I'm an airbnb superhost and have many places in several different countries, many I don't remember. But I will remember this place. It is a gem!

This was our third stay in Hotel Sylva and it is by far the best value for money hotel in Sanremo. We've stayed elsewhere before and had the impression to be stepping back into the 1980s. The staff are very helpful and multilingual; the rooms are spacious with comfortable king-sized beds; the bathrooms are clean and modern; the seaviews are great and it's good to have two secured parking areas. The varied breakfast is just amazing. Thank you to all the staff for, once again, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable - we will be back.

This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in!!! It was a super amazing experience!!! I will never forget . The stuff is the best, it feels that they love their job and clients so much, I have no explanation how they do it. All other hotels should learn from them. Every single person there is super friendly and professional and makes you feel a king. Complimenti!!!! The hotel, the garden and swimming pool with sea water are the best!!! They cared about my dog so much. Mauro , the waiter at the bar super thank you for the best service and for the pianist playing happy birthday for me.
