Le Coconut Lodge is a family guesthouse in Avatoru, in the Rangiroa Region and set in a tropical garden by a private beach on the lagoon side. Stand-up paddleboards, kayaks and bicycles are available free of charge. Free high-speed WiFi is included.

Sophie (owner of the lodge who also runs it) was very helpful and an amazing host, nothing was a hassle for her. She organised for us last minute an amazing tour, which everyone else seemed to say no to. It was the best tour we’ve been on in a long time! Dinner is on a long table which makes it a nice family style. There are bikes for guests to use and paddle/kayaks all complimentary which was very nice. The beach in front of the lodge is small and we had it all to ourselves (everyone was out on excursions) which made it feel like we were in our own private little area. Thank you for the experience you have created for us!

Great bar for sunset, overflow swimming pool and open restaurant. I stayed in a beach bungalow offering breathtaking views on the turquoise lagoon. It was a large beach bungalow including airco, jacuzzi, hamac and sleeping chairs. The staff is very nice and helpful. There were lots of lovely dogs and a great spot to swim in the sea just in front of the owner's house. The room was very clean and the bed surprisingly comfy. It was very bare but for the price it's understandable, not luxury but just what you need if you're here to dive.SophieFamily with young children

She gave us a tour of the island by bike, took us fishing and cooked us some delicious dinners. The bungalow itself is lovely, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
