Very nice and accommodating. Brought me cold and hot water (make own tea or coffee, plentiful tea bags and a glass full of ground coffee to choose from) as I was shown my room. Very firm mattress, which to me is a good thing. Excellent shared (like among the three rooms on the floor) bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink; everything worked perfectly or as expected. The WiFi was solid too. Breakfast is on the roof (don’t worry, there’s lots of shade up there) and it was great. My room also had a balcony. There was both a ceiling fan and an AC unit in the room. Everything was excellent.

Excellent Location close to ferry and town, the hotel arranged excursions for us in a very reasonable price. Breakfast has a good spread. Rooms are super. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Met GM who has worked in zambia, we felt like home. Good vibe overall.

Beautiful charming hotel with a nice terrace to chill, rooms are nice and breakfast excellent! Really recommend it, is in the center of the city and walking distance from everything. Personnel very friendly :)

조식 최고. 조식 맛있음. 잔지바르 어느 호텔이든지 마찬가지겠지만 야외에서 조식 먹을 때 까마귀 조심해야함. 빵이나 치즈조각 물어감. 위치 나쁘지 않음. 템보하우스 바로 건너편 골목에 위치함. 골목을 따라 조금 들어가지만 큰 위험은 없는 곳. 포로다니 공원 및 야시장과도 가깝고, 스톤타운 메인도로와도 가까움. 룸 컨디션 좋음. 룸 굉장히 넓음. 시설 좋음.

The mangrove lodge has beautiful natural views and a historical site nearby. We had an excellent time there and although the place needs a little bit of work it is still far better and more private than the resort we moved to later on. The food is still some of the most delicious I’ve ever had on the island and the staff are all excellent.
