Comfortable, clean and spacious. Incredible view. Though a long way from the centre of town, it had a bar next door that provided good quality coffee and food. Owner was very helpful and attentive. A curtain detached itself from the ceiling and it was reattached within a few hours

When I arrived the hosts provided me with information relevant to my stay. They showed me around and even helped me with issues I was having. I’m currently working abroad as an English teacher for the NALCAP program and there were some issues with the paperwork and contacting the schools. They went out of their way to get me in contact with a professor and helped me sort everything out. I felt no stress while there because with any issue they assisted me and assured me they would be there to help. The location is great, the hotel is clean and secure, everything is within walking distance and the city is beautiful.
Algorfa is a great traditional Spanish town.
Really friendly people and enough bars and restaurants to keep people happy.
Town square was great and on Saturday evenings they provide a big screen for cartoons etc for the kids to watch, which was a nice touch.
they have a municipal pool to use in the summer for 2 euros a day, and the Spanish tapas bar was fab and great value.
Jill at the Yorkshire Pud Inn has a great carvery and a steak deal .
All in all Algorfa was a great stay and 15 mins to the beach and all other surrounding towns

I came for only two days as a getaway from work.
I came for only two days as a getaway from work. It was just about enough, I wouldn’t spend longer as there wasn’t much for me to do as I don’t necessarily take part in Golf per say but it’s a nice quick relatively cheap getaway. The place isn’t as modern as I assumed in terms of having a ton of access to usb charging ports or a smart TV with Netflix or even English TV. But the cleanliness and tranquility of the resort is amazing! The food is top quality! I looked forward to breakfast everyday as the option range was amazing, however I feel like the room service and mini bar menu should have a lot more to offer especially for vegans/vegetarians. My favourite place was the outdoor pool no doubt! I usually ate in my room due to convenience. The location of the resort is quite far to everything else, to change currency etc you have to take a 15 min taxi. The resort wasn’t busy when I stayed which would probably explain why it was rather quite so if your looking for a peaceful location with no kids around, this would be great.
