Trip went as planned. Light rain while visiting Precious Moments chapel.
Staying here you will be treated good by staff.
Motel is close to anything I would have ever needed. We found a way to visit a few parks. Had Habachi Steak & Shrimp at Tokyo Steak House. North Range Line Street.

Filthy, abandoned buildings and homes, homeless, drug dealers, drug heads and prostitution everywhere, rude and hateful locals. Most attractions were closed down and camping sites were overrun with homeless people in tents. No law enforcement in sight. Joplin Missouri is basically just gas stations and hotels nothing worth seeing.

Joplin is a very nice town and easy to get around. We were passing through on our way to Bella Vista. We loved the location as we got in late and wanted a nice dinner, which we got at Cheddars, I highly recommend the restaurant, excellent food, great staff and prices were very good.

Joplin is a good weekend getaway.
Joplin is a good weekend getaway. We went to the local waterfall and had a wonderful time taking pictures and climbing on the rocks. We absolutely loved Roller City for the skating and laser tag. Their laser tag option was nice laser guns and made for a great day of family fun. We also stopped at the civil war battle site in Carthage which was small but informative for our history buffs. I even dropped into the Precious Moments chapel which was cute and really informative about the artist and his life. The grounds are beautiful and it felt like a great piece of Americana. We drove on Route 66 as well. In past trips, I have gone to Oceans of Adventure which the little ones just loved. So, plenty to do for a 3-day weekend adventure.
The breakfast was great. Fresh fruit is always a healthy element. The chef was friendly, clean, and helpful. The desk clerk was very friendly, with an inviting smile and helpful attitude. I have a conference in Oct in lake Charles, Louisiana and are planning to book the hotel there. I can't say enough about the layout of the room and the bathroom.
We had to change rooms because of two lights being burnt out. The room I had was very musty smelling and there was a clump of hair on the bathroom floor , plus there was something stuck to the outside of the tub. Needless to say we didn’t use the shower. I won’t stay at days in again, I feel 104.00 for one night was a rip off for this hotel.
I like the location especially knowing there was a furniture store and I glad to see my inventions, products LLC trademark and patent at Dollar General and I compared this Dollar General to other locations and this one was neat and clean better than my hotel room

Location was good. We were going to visit friends in Neosho, so Joplin was good proximity to our destination.
We also thought the cleaning staff did a really good job of making the room feel clean and comfortable!
They gave us a discount on the 2nd room we needed because booking.com lied about the space our room would have.
It was quiet. Welcoming fire in the fireplace at the entrance is a pleasant way to start a stay. The lady at the front desk put us in a room not facing the interstate which was very thoughtful. Great breakfast set up. Stocked market for cold drinks and snacks. If we are ever in the Joplin area again, we will stay here.
This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at.... the floors were so greasy... there was hair everywhere dirt and grime everywhere..... someone kept pounding on my door through out the nite..... I literally went to restroom and straight to the bed..... I will never stay here again.
My business will forever be with la Quinta from now on.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, amazing staff, kid friendly, pet friendly, nice pool and hot tubs, overall amazing experience. And the BEST hotel breakfast I've had!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The convenience of the Old Chicago Pizza restaurant inside the same building was very nice. Great pizza too! We really enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again when in the area!!
The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Hotel wasn't crowded. Staff were friendly and responsive. Parking was free and convenient. Location was close to the highway, and close to the family we were visiting.
Breakfast room nasty my room filty with dog and cat hair in bed dirt and trash all over room. Moved to different room it was nasty and filty shit all over the floor. Bathroom stain and urine all over the floor.
My room key didn’t work. Was given a new one which also didn’t work. The place was very run down and scary. I requested the staff cancel my reservation after the room key wouldn’t work the second time.
Staff was friendly and welcoming, we got a great room near parking, the facilities were clean and accessible, great breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when we visit family in Joplin.
The Hotel was beautiful! Rooms VERY clean, beds and pillows VERY comfortable! The breakfast was great! Waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, toast, and more!
I like how clean the hotel is. The rooms are comfortable and I sleep comfortably. I don’t like leaving home and staying in a hotel but I don’t mind staying in this hotel.
Room was clean and well worth the money
The breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy was amazing.
And the staff was awesome to deal with and very polite and helpful.
