A very BIG Thank You to Mr. Sandesh Korgaonkar (the very kind & friendly Owner) for his AWESOME hospitality and generosity (with the best Urak drink in town), going out of his way to make our stay extremely memorable! Will definitely go back there (and so will our friends)! A big thank you too Sarvesh (Receptionist) for his great friendly service and to Rupesh as well for his great friendly support. Very impressive clean & beautiful designed & spacious cottages great aircon and superb ocean views etc. A lovely clean & safe Morjim beach in front of the property. The Restaurant snacks, food & cocktails were just delicious (and lotsa options on the menu) - a big shout to the chefs & all the kitchen & serving staff ! THANK YOU : )

The rooms were very clean and big. Had and amazing stay. They have a very beautiful restaurant lounge and bar and the food is also so tasty. Swimming pool was open 24*7. Staff was very co operative and housekeeping was amazing. Two beaches are nearby ashvem and morjim. The hotel is situated on road and has a very big parking space which I liked so much. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

The staff was really helpful and accommodated our food preferences well enough. Overall lighting and ambience within the room and the entire premises were nice. The food was tasty and the pantry guys took great care of all the extra services we asked for.

To be honest, this hotel was a hidden gem - if you look for a great value for what you pay, go there. One of the few hotels where pictures match with the room you get. And, you got a very lovely coffee place in the ground floor for delicious breakfast and cheesecakes! Just few minutes scooter drive to the beaches, plenty of restaurant options around and owner of the hotel is very warm and welcoming. Very nice stay in Goa.

The beach is a short distance away and there is a shops , restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were spacious and so clean. The staff varsha and Ramesh were exceptional and they were so helpful and really made our stay enjoyable and so welcoming.

Had some issues with my dorm room, but the owner took responsibility and put me in a private room for the night until the problems were fixed. Nice to see owners have this approach. They were receptive to problems and feedback. 2 pillows and a comfy bed, decent pressure in showers. Nice outdoor space to relax.

Private access to beach was also so easy and comfortable. I spent hours at the balcony just relaxing and getting massage done. The staff was so sweet and friendly and always went out of the way to help us.

I would stay there again. I liked the spa but privacy was a issue as the curtain not closing properly. My companion was very unhappy with the privacy in the massage area and the steam/ sauna was not functioning properly and he was given only a small towel, same towel used to wipe off the oil.

The breakfast is just awesome with awesome service. They just love you. I received so much love from these people during my stay. That is something I take with me. A genuine care and warmth from least expected places. The interiors of the property are really nice. Overall a good experience if you just want to relax.
