They said they would try and get us in by 1:30 pm and we arrived around 12:30 pm and the room was ready. I appreciated the lobby area with its couches and work spaces where you could plug in a laptop or charge your phone while having a complimentary cofee (which was delicious). The staff were all helpful, but some were friendlier than others 😊. I liked the tiling in the walls of the bathtub. Love the old elevator.
