It's such a gem 💎! Absolutely clean, well smelling, with a very sweet terrace and a kitchen, that has pretty much everything you need. A bathroom with good pressure for water, the heating and overall a very pleasant experience. I'm very happy with my spontaneous staying there and would recommend it! The beautiful beach is 10 minutes walking. And you can hike from there through all the beaches till the Coba da Roca. Enjoy!

A spacious and charming property that has been recently updated. We used this a base to visit Sintra and nearby beaches. View from the deck. We had a car that we could park onsite, however, you could manage without one. Easy walk to a few beach restaurants. We opted to take a Bolt to Sintra and was so much better than driving into that maze of streets with no parking. Bolt/Uber were available. The host went above and beyond to help with an unexpected health issue for me. They are very friendly and helpful in all regards. We did not have children with us, but they have many accommodations for children should you have that need.

It is a very nice an cozy house, with a lot of space for a whole family! We felt at home and could travel to Sintra, Cascais and a lot of different beaches in around 20 minutes by car!

I liked everything, great host, great house and stunning location. Everything is very new, a lot of lovely details and absolutely clean! The interior was in perfect condition with everything you would need and much more! All of the equipment (including the furniture and everything) has a very high quality. Also they have a few chickens which live there and give you some fresh eggs every morning. Our stay was fantastic and I can recommend everything here, it was awesome!

Everything was just perfect. Elizabete gave us a warm welcome as well as her parents who live downstairs. She provided us even with a little basket with beautiful blankets for our baby. Her parents gave us home-grown tomatoes and helped with everything we needed. The apartment has everything one can need and is very comfortable with a big closet, sofa and fully equipped kitchen. Almocageme is a very cute village where you can find everything - cafes, restaurant and supermarket are just around the corner. Although it’s good to have a car (private parking right in front of the house), we managed also with public transport (bus station in the village) and Uber to go for example to Praia Grande. We can recommend Elizabete’s house for everyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean and affordable place with truely warm and welcoming people in the Sintra area.
