Easy to get to from airport - less than 10 minute uber from airport. Staff so friendly and helpful - we arrived very late at night and they were so helpful and fuss free getting us into a rokm quickly. Free breakfast was good - basic but that suited us just fine, all the food was nice. Room was clean and comfortable

Awesome stay, lovely staff..(I booked 3 nights for my son, and he enjoyed it so much that he decided to stay 2 more nights.) Excellent hotel,clean rooms,good food,quiet at night,staff excellent,free airport transfer Highly recommend this it you need to stay comfortable near the airport I am very happy to have chosen this hotel.( I'm going to book a week for myself to spend in December.)

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Check-in at the reception was quick and pleasant. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they fully match the photos. The bed is truly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast is pleasant; the variety is limited, but for a few days’ stay it is more than sufficient.

Beautiful hotel so welcoming , comfortable and clean the staff were wonderful especially the dining room staff who stole our hearts., so effortlessly friendly and helpful . While it was a 5 stars hotel in every way ,we stayed five nights it still felt very homely Lovely sunbathing area on roof with pool with great views of the sea . Location was great so near the airport … we took the bus into city most afternoons which took approx 30 mins Bus stop just across the road from hotel … €2.10 per person per ride … no 728 bus . Great Thai massage a few doors down from hotel so we spoiled ourselves . Huge Casino with restaurants and bars for entertainment less than 5 mins walk.. We look forward to going back to stay again. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book this hotel .

Staff went above and beyond to help us

Welcoming and friendly staff. Place very clean and comfortable. Arrive late in the evening and it was perfect to rest. The room was very spacious and with a greta balcony with view from the 9th floor. The breakfast was great. Was informed that if you need to check-out earlier than the breakfast time, you can ask to prepare a breakfast box to go.

Luxurious hotelbin Lisbon, very nice large room, a good restaurant next to the lobby. A swimming pool for utilization of the guests.

Great reception upon late arrival, very helpful and cheering staff over our entire stay (in special to Mr. Dinis from the restaurant.... 5 stars). Super value for your money in a great location. Very well recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Jupiter - the staff were friendly and so helpful, the pool was a bonus, our room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Andre, one of the staff, went out if his way to help us with transport and trains

The property is close to the airport and walkable to shopping area. The staff was wonderful, especially Monica who handles the breakfast room. I had a slight issue with the booking … it was computer issue with Booking.com not the hotel, the woman at the checkin desk was wonderful in helping me and Booking.com did solve the issue. It was a wonderful respite.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location 5min drive from the airport and 2min walk from the metro station that takes you to the city centre in 15min. Bonus: restaurants nearby and a 24h pharmacy that can be a holiday-saver if you're traveling with kids..

The hotel is a minute’s walk from the Oriente station, from where most intercity trains leave. Stayed here a night because of a morning train to Porto. The hotel is also next to the Oceanarium and the Vasco da Gama mall. The eclectic rooms are very good, the breakfast buffet superb.

The hotel is a great location, making it very easy to get around Lisbon. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
