The location was fabulous, and staff went above and beyond for us... It was the small details that made the experience enjoyable. Everyday there was a new handwritten note thanking us for choosing the Art Legacy Hotel and asking if there was anything more they could do for us, they couldn't everything was perfect. Their wine selection at the hotel bar/restaurant was fabulous and made a lovely back drop to the area.

I was never disrespectful to them as they were very kind to me and helped us out even. I do not agree with you spreading misinformation and i am thinking to escalate this case and go higher up.

I have visited many countries, but for the first time in my life I saw a church charging people for entry. Lisbon is such a scam city where they try to make money from absolutely everything. But the nature around is amazing. However, for the same reason — because everything is a money-making opportunity here — it is not possible to reach many places by car.

I like the feel of Lisbon, it is scenic had lots of activities. I was just disappointed that at the time we had a few excursions cancelled particularly visit to Pena Palace due to the heat, which is no ones fault - just means I need to go back which I definitely want to do.

beautiful centre, mosaic tiles, pretty streets, nice cafes with delicious food. enjoyed castle area in alfama and area around rua garrett. very hot at shore but a definite must. we took a boat to belem which is beautiful. the church was free and a short queue. the cloisters a longer wait in the heat so didnt do that. very hot day with less shelter than the centre of lisbon. everything looked clean, was cheaper and better quality than in UK. trees are magnificent. lovely square at placa principe. everything is an easy walk despite being nicely hilly. transport available for those who need help. locals friendly and not too in your face. lovely lollipops. bus trips good. modern lisbon one was very interesting. some amazing modern architecture.

Lisbon is a multicultural city, full of tourists and full of fantastic landmarks. It's a pity that public transport is extra paid in the places just outside Lisbon such as beaches or the famous sanctuary.

Lisbon is a vibrant, sunny, and charming city. It offers beautiful architecture, rich history, great shopping, and delicious food at reasonable prices. Public transport is convenient, especially the iconic trams. Compared with many other European capitals, Lisbon feels more relaxed and less crowded. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back.

Very nice 4-star hotel offering excellent value for money. The location is fairly central, and underground parking is included in the room rate, which is a great advantage. We stayed for one night in a twin room and had a very comfortable and restful sleep. The hotel is not within walking distance of the city centre of Lisbon, so you will need to use public transport or a taxi. If you are traveling with more than one person, using Bolt is actually cheaper and much faster than public transport.

The staff always made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the little treats and touches of luxury provided. It was nice to be situated outside the main city centre and in a small hotel where guests don’t feel anonymous. Breakfasts were great & the roof terrace & the spa/pool facilities helped us relax in between sightseeing in Lisbon. The hotel is well placed for the museum of natural history & science, the university botanic garden, and other interesting venues to visit in the locality.

It is so easy to get from Lisbon Oriente Train Station to the Red Metro line to the Lisbon Airport and then walk to the hotel. I had one large rolling suitcase. The short walk (200 meters) was across a main road, but there are crosswalks and, the best part, it is all downhill to the hotel! I chose the location because I had an early flight and the metro doesn't open until 6am, so I needed to be close to the airport and not deal with traffic problems, etc.

It was very clean, the staff were really attentive, the facilities were good and we even got a free room upgrade. The breakfast was good too. Although it is a bit far from the centre, you have a free shuttle bus every half an hour, the metro is also close or by taxi is also really cheap to reach the centre. One of the best 5 star hotel I have been to.
