Super hotel! First of all, a great location and very comfortable beds. But most importantly, the staff is very helpful! My trip was for 6 days. I made a reservation through Booking a month and a half in advance. Upon check-in, I paid for all 6 days. However, due to personal reasons, I had to leave after 3 days, and the hotel refunded me all the money for the unused days! It was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this hotel!

It was amazing! It was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, everything was set up with taste inside the room! The staff was amazing -very polite, very helpful and friendly! The food was very tasty, it’s obvious they cook with very nice ingredients. If I come to Lisbon again I will definitely stay in this hotel!

This is great if you're catching an early morning flight - the airport is a 5 minute walk away, and shuttles are available. Breakfast starts at 4am, so you have plenty of time to eat and get out the door. Lunch is a buffet, and dinner is available in a restaurant format, which I took advantage of on my last day to recover from traveling. The prices are reasonable for a hotel. The whole family leaves well rested.

Staff was always more than pleasant and willing to help in any way.

Beautifully restored with touches of the previous convent throughout. Rooms are well appointed, very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to sights. Dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were delicious.

Very rich breakfast. The location is phenomenal, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, everything is close. Staff very friendly, always at your service, whatever you need they will help you. A glass of wine as a welcome is a phenomenal gesture.
