The room was spacious and had a beautiful view to the river, and a perfect sunrise to watch. The bed was very comfortable.

Amazing stay. Extremely child- and family-friendly - one of the most welcoming hotel teams we’ve experienced. The entire staff delivers truly outstanding hospitality: warm, attentive, flexible, and genuinely caring, especially with kids. A real highlight was the live band in the evening. Fantastic atmosphere and very enjoyable, without feeling overwhelming. Service is flexible and guest-oriented, which makes traveling as a family much easier and more relaxed. The location is excellent, very close to the Oceanário, and the high-rise building itself is impressive, with beautiful views that make the stay feel special from the moment you arrive.

Everything from the hotel services and facilities. It is a 3-minute walk from the airport, and if you would like to spend a little bit more time outside, take a taxi or uber and visit the promenade close to Lisboa Oriente next to the river with gardens and plenty of restaurants and great architecture. You have a great service and welcome porto wine in the room, other than great facilities. We had to leave at 3;00 am and they offered us to choose between breakfast in front of the hotel starting at 2:00 am or a breakfast box, which we chose.

Absolutely excellent hotel. All staff were very hard working and professional. Food was amazing, breakfast was excellent. I liked being escorted to a table, everything was very relaxing.

The hotel is a minute’s walk from the Oriente station, from where most intercity trains leave. Stayed here a night because of a morning train to Porto. The hotel is also next to the Oceanarium and the Vasco da Gama mall. The eclectic rooms are very good, the breakfast buffet superb.

Great location, very close to Oriente station. Could be easily and fast reached from the airport by metro. Close to nice restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Nice and helpful staff
