Hotels near Gare do Oriente, Lisbon

excelente atencion, maravillosa

Everything! Great location, comfy bed and great breakfast!

We had a terrific experience at the hotel, from the staff, nice and clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. Too bad our stay was a bit short, we will definitely come back.

The hotel location is very close to the airport, they have a free shuttle bus, but we found it faster to just walk from the Arrival Hall to the Hotel (there was a pedestrian walkway) than find the bus stop and wait for the bus. But on our departure, we used their shuttle bus which departs right outside the hotel (shared service with Melia hotel which is just next to Star Inn). The staffs were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great; lots of delicious options. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a thick curtain that could be closed to separate the beds from the shower room/toilet/sink area to give privacy. I was traveling with a friend, so that was not a problem for us.

In general it is good hotel for the people who stays next to the airport. Food would be better and cheaper in the restaurant.

Way better then expected! So clean, the room smelled so fresh, fluffy bed and pillows. Don't hesitate to book a room here.

Great view from the 9th floor, daily cleaning service. Noisy because of trais passing by, also nights. Clean surrounding, safe feeling on the streets nearby.

Staff, breakfast, the property just amazing

Location was excellent. Staff super helpful

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast

More than what we expected. The staff was very nice to store our large check-in bag for 3 days for free while we visit Seville, Spain. We came back to pick the bag. I will book this hotel if we ever go back to Portugal.

Don‘t really understand the bad reviews. I had a double room in the inner circle. It was super quiet and had one of the most amazing beds I ever slept in while traveling. Right across the street there is a Lidl where you can get everything you need for a short stay. If you have a somewhat fit physique, you can easily walk from the airport to the hotel, which will take you about 30mins. It‘s perfect if you have to stay one or a couple of nights in between flights. The staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out process very quick and easy.

Clean and friendly staff. Close to the airport

Friendly staff, great location and super breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for airport access—very convenient. The staff were incredibly nice, and I found my room to be both beautiful and cozy. The swimming pool was a great added touch. Breakfast was simple, but the quality was good and had everything I needed to start the day.

Location is right next to Lisbon Oriente train and bus station, a good base if you are going to take train or bus. 8 minutes by car from the airport. And also next to a big mall where you can get almost everything you need. A scroll away from good restaurants by the sea.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection of fresh and high-quality products. Every morning there was plenty to choose from, and the food was delicious. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop pool. It is absolutely fantastic, with stunning views and a great atmosphere.

Breakfast was great. Staff was extremely nice and helpful in calling taxi, making sure I stay in same room even that I got 2 different reservations, making reservations for restaurant etc. I had room overlooking the water, which I liked as I was able to see sunrise.

Spacey rooms, very friendly personnel.

I enjoyed being here for the night.

The hotel location, comfort, breakfast was all great. Had a very good stay

The staff is their gold mine. Always helpful, polite, accomodating and kind. That goes for all, from reception to clearing ro restaurant staff.
