Everything but especially the great staff!

Though the hotel isn't located in central Lisboa, Portugal, the staff were nice. Breakfast was delicious too, just like the ones in China as well as the rooms. My room was super clean & quiet. I really loved it there sleeping for just 1 quick night then headed to the airport home.

Everything about this property was simply amazing. A special shout-out to the staff who assisted us during check-in and check-out — Francisca and Alexandra — two incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind professionals. Thank you so much! This holiday was especially meaningful as it was a family reunion. I hadn’t seen my parents in four years, and we decided to meet in Lisbon. As if that weren’t special enough, the trip also coincided with my parents’ 48th wedding anniversary, making it even more memorable. For this reason, I cannot fail to mention someone truly exceptional who helped organize two unforgettable surprises for all of us. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with champagne and chocolates, and on my parents’ anniversary day, there was a cake, champagne, and an extra thoughtful gesture that went above and beyond anything we expected. It left my parents deeply emotional. Thank you, Ruth! You were absolutely amazing! Last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thank you to the entire breakfast and housekeeping teams. It was always a pleasure to return after a long day of sightseeing and find the room perfectly organized, spotless, and beautifully fresh. A truly unforgettable experience. ✨
