Very quiet and nice getaway from the bustle of Lisbon yet not far from the center. 15 minutes walk or the tram to the ferry station which takes you right to the downtown for just €1.5. (Operates late in the night as well) Simao was absolutely amazing gave us a personal welcome and was always available. The room is very clean and comfortable with a personal touch with paintings of Edgar. The bathroom is also very clean and nice. In the common area you have coffee and fruits included in the price. The only thing I regret is that we didn’t spend more time there.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is very spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, as well as a laundry area which was very convenient. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable, and having air conditioning throughout the entire house made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! Super clean, private, quiet. Good access to public transport and close to groceries, supermarkets, etc. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the accommodation. We would definitely stay there again.

Very peaceful and quiet place. I was looking for something where I don't have to deal with plane or bar noise. Staying here will make you feel like a local :) The apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious. Don't worry about taking the ferry it comes every 15-30 mins. The host is absolutely lovely too. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended!

The apartment was modern, beautiful and absolutely clean...

The apartment was modern, beautiful and absolutely clean which is incredibly important. When we arrived, Serge the host, allowed us to check in earlier. We were welcomed by his employee and she was very friendly. Upon arrival, we had a lovely bottle of wine and a bottle of water waiting for us in the kitchen. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Parking was never a problem. I always managed to find parking on the street outside the apartment building. It is well situated. Close to all shops and just a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches in Costa da Caparica. I wish we stayed longer. I will absolutely be back.

I liked the location, just taking an Uber for 3 EUR to the boat that cross the river and from there you find the touristic places. It is easy to move in Portugal with the Navegante Card, beautiful city and our host was so kind that we are missing her already, thanks

I was in the area for a conference and the weather was atrocious so it was not possible to fully appreciate the area. I did find a good local pizza place which delivered during the storm and a nice cafe in the morning.

Almada is a bustling city and it’s easy to get lost…plan accordingly! we especially liked taking the Boca do Vento elevator down to the river and walking to the fresh seafood restaurant and to Cacilhas.

Almada is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon with all the tourist activity. Easy 10 minute ferry ride to Lisbon. $3.20 euro return trip. Almada is less expensive with all the food options you could possibly want, all the while you have a chance to enjoy the fabulous people of Portugal. If you like walking, it's a great area.

Booked last minute on our travels. Loved it . Staff very helpful My only complaint would be that the hotel didn’t sell alcoholic beverages but it wasn’t a problem. A small bar 2 minutes away ( lovely) and Lidl next door

The staff were so very helpful and friendly, working together to help with our English. The shower was powerful and bed super comfortable. The room was so quiet, I slept well. The breakfast selection was great and sitting in the outside enclosed space was lovely to work peacefully. The security with the keys working for applicable floors was very comforting sleeping solo. I haven't stayed in a hotel where the room is made up every day for a long while so this was also a pleasant surprise

Casa Rene is lovely and so is Ylvi! It's perfectly placed for the restaurants and bars of Almada, and a very short walk to the ferry to Cais do Sodre. The apartment is large and nicely decorated. You have an outdoor space with seating and the pool area is great, sitting amongst the citrus trees. Even the other guests were lovely!

Very good location, near a pedestrian area, a lot of shops, restaurants and the ferry to Lisbon. Easy to use Bold also. Nice balcony and a stunning view (you see all Almada and Lisbon). Good communication with the host. The kitchen was well equipped.
