Good location nice personnel, good breakfast, coffee and tea amenities with nice biscuits in the hall. Our room had a kind of a cute terrace. Nice walk to the city center of Sintra. And with Bolt or Uber you can reach all sights of interest. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. If you like gourmet dining, the restaurant in front of the hotel, Incomum, is highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet and private, this was by far the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed at in years.
It’s set amongst beautiful forest and within walking distance to most attractions.
The bedrooms are huge, and everything is very comfortable.
The staff are incredible and very friendly. The food is DIVINE - I had the best pasta of my entire trip here!
I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay.

Too jammed up with cars, the area is on a high mountain with way excessive amounts of cars. It's much too busy but soo beautiful, majestic and the views are too dye for. Feel bad for the locals, there needs to be
a curtailing of the amount of tourists allowed daily.

Be wary of unattended apartments.
Be wary of unattended apartments. BE SURE your phone is working to receive SMS from your bank to use credit card to pay for extra fee before receiving access codes to your room. Be prepared to park far away from your hotel and scale up cobbled streets to your accommodation

A nice place to visit but full of tourists. The nature around is beautiful and you can visit some of the attractions but expect a lot of people.
You can find anything from beaches to forests, all in a 15-minute drive.
The roads are narrow and it's hard to park.

There are many historical places in Sintra that can be reached on foot. if you go to the right of the historical museum you can find a small restaurant on the balcony where they bake bread in a wood-fired oven. unfortunately I forgot the name, but you can see the sign. Very charming.
And visit Long Beach and the restaurant near the rock and try octopus on the grill. Very recommended.

The roads are very tight, the crowds of visitors are intense and some of the locals working in local shops/restaurants are very rude and completely over having to deal with tourists. However, the views are amazing and the Moorish Castle was very cool. Difficult place to travel but worth it!

Sintra was a lovely town but I like Aveiro better especially the hotel we stayed in. The hike to the palace is not that hard. Proper hiking shoes and clothes should be worn. It is not a stroll through a park. You will be climbing up and down narrow stairs. Bring water.
The palace is beautiful!.
We literally did feel welcomed and home from the very first second! The apartment has everything you need - beach equipment, bikes, a wonderful kitchen, outdoor and indoor hangout areas, insanely clean shower & comfy bedroom. Absolutely recommendable - we will come back whenever being back in Portugal again. The location is excellent to visit beaches within walking distance and a lots of wonderful towns around to explore by car!
You will hear the waves from the Atlantic Ocean when falling asleep - thanks for everything! 🙏🏿
We spent our last night of more than thirty in Portugal here. were welcomed in the warmest fashion. We had take away and were set a table in the restaurant, allowed to stay at the hotel after our check-out. The location and design are superb, the hop on hop off bus stops right outside the gate, there was parking and the pool was quiet and huge.
We wish we had more time to sit in the garden and watch the clouds. Will definitely come back again.
This was a gem of a stay for me and my family. The boutique homes were so well decorated and had an amazingly warm and comfortable feel to it. The hosts Marco and Christina are one of the most humble people who just made us feel like family. They even made lovely breakfast for us and went out of their way to ensure that we had one of our most memorable experiences in Portugal.
This boutique hotel is amazing. The view is the best in Sintra. The bed was so comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, large fluffy towels, very hot water for a shower, quiet, and delicious breakfast. Alexandra was a wonderful host. We were celebrating an event and Alexandra delivered a bottle of Vinho Verde with strawberries to our room which was a lovely added touch.
An excellent hotel. Great attention to detail, staff are extremely attentive and charming. Food was some of the best food we ate on our two week holiday across Portugal. Highly recommend.
