- Very big and confrontable room. - I was upgraded to corner room for free. - Great breakfast, even included it for free. - Great location, everything I need was nearby, shopping's malls, restaurants.

I regularly stay at this hotel whenever I visit Bursa. The property is consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mahmut for his outstanding service. He consistently takes excellent care of the guests and handles all arrangements with great professionalism. Thanks to his attention to detail and proactive approach, all paperwork and room keys are always prepared in advance, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. I highly appreciate his dedication and look forward to staying here again.

Clean, staff is very friendly

Hotel is very clean, staff is available all the time and very polite. I recommend the Roof bar!

Perfect location, wonderful staff, great breakfast

I loved having my own little apartment at this place, right in the center of the older part of the city. I could walk to the various historic markets, the main mosque, supermarkets, restaurants, and the metro. The staff was very helpful.
