Good, large hotel, excellently organized, friendly staff, everything is neat and clean, food is excellent, location is great, covered parking, underground garage, swimming pools, wellness center. Simple, no surprises, everything is as it should be.

The hotel was nice,comfortable with spacious rooms.Good value for the price we paid. There is a bus shuttle which takes you to the center.The driver was at the lobby and when we were ready he took us to the slopes.The ride was 4 mins.This service runs from 8am to 5pm.For our way back we called the driver and tell him what time to pick us.The breakfast was good,nice choice of food.And the staff was really polite and helpful.We will definitely choose this hotel again.

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

The place is beautiful, well maintained, great atmosphere and interior design. Feels lil bit homie with elegance. We had welcome gifts from the owners! The owners were wonderful, excellent service go above and beyond making sure we were well taken care of. This was great! Thank you.

Featuring a free spa, an indoor pool with mineral water and an outdoor pool, SPA Complex Belchin Spring has a restaurant, fitness centre, bar, and free WiFi. Everything was great, the best was the food for lunch/dinner. I didn't have the expectation that the hotel food would be that good, and reasonably priced.

The room was immaculate and the gardens were lovely to relax in. The area is quiet and relaxing. You can make tea and coffee in the reception and there is lots of seating outside to enjoy. You can park your car for free on the road outside. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The friendliest staff and one of the best pools I've visited. The rooms are spacious enough and very clean. Everything was flawless, we had a great time!

Iglika Hotel & Villas is located in the centre of Borovets, only a 5 minute walk away from both the Martinovi Baraki Lift and the Sitnyakovo Express Gondola. Everything was clean. Room was cosy and comfortable. Staff was nice and polite. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. It was great at two meals. I'm very impressed that they leave child slippers and bathrobe in our room for our daughter. I've stayed lots of hotels around the world. Mostly five stars hotels. But never experienced this level of care. It made us very happy.
