The hotel is located in a very good area next to the beach and also there are plenty of good restaurants few meters away. We had a very nice and big room, also to mention a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Thanks to the nice staff we really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to complain about!

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor with panoramic views over Split, Dioklecijan Hotel & Residence offers a wellness centre and a restaurant. First of all the staff was incredible. We booked this hotel in order to relax and unwind and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We mainly used the rooftop lounge for the pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs the staff tended to every need with kindness. The massage services were top-notch! And even dinner in the hotel was lovely. WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel and the rooms were spacious, highly clean and well air-conditioned. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from old town, or 10 minutes bus ride away (with the bus being just around the corner). And another bonus was the grocery store right below the hotel for every need.

Built in 1921 and completely restructured in 2015, the Hotel Park Split is a traditional first-class hotel in the centre of Split, right next to the famous Bačvice beach. Everything was almost perfect. The service, food, everything especially for a European hotel at its price.
