Great hotel in a perfect position. Facilities were fabulous abd of course the rooftop pool was a definite highlight. The breakfast were the best we have experienced. We will stay here again.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor with panoramic views over Split, Dioklecijan Hotel & Residence offers a wellness centre and a restaurant. Bed was huge and really comfortable and room was spacious. Grocery store right underneath which was super handy and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was incredible, so much choice and lovely atmosphere to sit inside or out. Nice outlook of the city from the balcony and can see the sea (depending on your room choice). The pool area was stunning with plenty of sun loungers. They have an infared sauna, Finnish sauna and steam room to use too.

Absolutely amazing resort for the family, Location, views, beach, Parking, stuff, food , etc. - everything was beyond expectations. If one needs a careless beach holiday with all the condor for the family - this is the place.
