We stayed here 5 years ago, and this year we got back for skiing. The best hotel in the area, SPA is fantastic and restaurant is super, beds are for deep sleep, the view is stunning. If we go to Andorra again, we will choose Roc Meler again. Thank you guys 😁

Really nice hotel in the center of Canillo. Excellent location, close to restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Large well maintained room with beautiful bathroom. Comfortable beds and reliable Internet. It's a bit retro style and I love this. In any case excellent value for the money. The breakfast is also included and it is sweet-only and it's fine. I would be happy to come back and stay again. (The skiing season was just over so I cannot comment on this).

The hotel let us check in around 12 which was really great. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. There is a small spa inside of the hotel that one can visit for 10e/hour. Also a very pleasant bar. The breakfast was really, really good with fresh fruit and varieties of food offered.

Great location for skiing - you can walk to one of the main ski lifts in less than 10 minutes. You can of course drive to the others - Ordino was the furthest away, which took us less than 45 minutes. Very scenic view of the slopes from the apartment. We were met by Angela, who gave us a tour of the property and handed us the keys - this was arranged with ease via WhatsApp before we arrived. Parking is available underground, or if necessary, you can park on the road just outside the apartment block. The parking is a bit tight (as with any underground parking place), but we managed fine with a big Skoda Estate, so if you have a smaller car you'll be absolutely fine. It was lovely having an ice-free, warm car to get into before we hit the ski slopes! The shower was good, with plenty of hot water for both of us to shower one after another. Excellent heating in the property - all can be controlled by us, which is a positive. There is space to store wet skis/boots in the parking area (secure room). The property is wheelchair accessible from the car park via a lift.
