Accommodation in Berat

The location was perfect and the parking was great to have at the front door. The Hotel is the perfect place to set up base for your excursions around Berat. 5 min stroll into the historic town with lovely bars and restaurants along the way. We were met by Ken who is a very helpful and friendly receptionist. He advised on where to go and see in the area. This Hotel is extremely luxurious and the rooms, foodt and staff match the high quality offered here.

Beautiful stay in Berat! The hotel is perfectly located in the center, only a few minutes walking distance from the old town. Although the breakfast room in the hotel was not yet opened, we had breakfast at the sister hotel just 50 meters away, which was absolutely fine. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially the lady during check-in and check-out. She is truly dedicated to her work and made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely recommended!

Staying at Berati Castle Hotel was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the location is incredibly charming—set within the historic part of Berat Castle, yet everything inside the hotel Is new. The breakfast was abundant and very delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh, local options. The dedication of the staff truly stands out, especially Adriano, whose kindness and constant attention to guests’ needs made the stay exceptional. His warm attitude and professionalism added a special touch to the whole experience.

Outstanding attention to cleanliness! Staying at this boutique hotel gave us a real taste of the city’s energy and atmosphere, maintaining its traditional architecture. The owner and stuff are really lovely and proved profesionalism in many instances. Serving their generous and delicious breakfast outside on their terrace is incredibly peaceful and inspiring. We asked for a few more slices of cucumbers and tomatoes as we like to start our days with more veggies and received a separate plate with different types of vegetables, we couldn’t be happier and more thankful. We totally recommend!

WOW! Vila Balliu is the place to stay when in Berat. Amazing facilities: super comfy bed and top notch facilities. However, the best part of Villa Balliu is the amazing views from the terrace. Stunning!

Very nice and warm small hotel in Berat. Simple but with all the comforts (parking, wifi , air condition and breakfast) perfect location near the river and about 20 minutes walk to the Castel. Staff very friendly and supportive.

Everything is prefect and new.

All you can see in Photos, complitely new house, new furniture etc. Everything is very clean and nice. Receptionist was very very sweet and supportive. Private parking space, small but nice breakfast with boiled eggs, bread and salami / vegetables, small espresso as well. We had room with view but city was very close, like 15min walk. Very calm and quiet street. One of the best city’s and hotels it Albania and we had seen many in 2 weeks across whole country. ;D This one was the nicest for such a low price.

Very beautiful place with amazing conditions

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was very clean and had everything you could want inside. The location was amazing and close to the center. It also had a nice view, as can be seen in the pictures. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Berat.

Oh we enjoyed so much this apartment. Its really the best one we have been to in Albania, Kids played football in the big sports park next to the property. We used all the kitchen facilities as well. A great location and we highly recommend it.

The place was very clean and well kept. Only 5 min walk from the Berat Center. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed 1 extra night and returned again in a few days. The host brought us fruit and was very kind and welcoming. We will be coming back again anytime we are in berat. It can be a bit confusing to find so ask at the Gass Station infront. Is the same building.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. Excellent communication with the host. Devi's parents met us upon arrival and showed us the place, which was as described, super comfortable, and had easy parking in front. There was a well-stocked kitchen and a book of local info and suggestions. It is in a good location with an easy walk everywhere. I’d definitely return to this Airbnb and hope it's soon.

Wonderful family, so dedicated and pleasant. The house is nice and our room very large and comfortable. Ideally close to center and all shops and restaurants.Parking free was perfect... Breakfast was rich and delicious
