Our stay at Nova Hotel was quite enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The highlight was the breakfast, which exceeded expectations, especially considering the price. The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square, made it easy to explore the city. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Nova Hotel. It offers good value for money and is a recommended choice for travelers visiting the city.

Breakfast was very European and local cousins styles.all staff had been very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and sauna were perfect to improve the health and bring the sun is shined better.

The staff is incredibly friendly — always ready to help out and sort out any issues. Since the hotel is brand new, staying here feels extra nice, and the bed is super comfy. Breakfasts are delicious and have a great variety. The grounds are full of lush greenery, perfect for a little stroll or just chilling on a sun lounger by the pool. The place just opened, and you can tell it’s only going to get better. Honestly, after just two days here, we felt completely refreshed and recharged. Pretty sure we’ve found our go-to spot in Yerevan! Plus, the bus station and the Red Bridge landmark are both within walking distance.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from Republic Square. A special thank you to the receptionists, Hayk and Tamara, for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful in arranging an early check-in, a late check-out, and even storing my luggage after check-out. Their warm and professional attitude made my stay even better. Bravoo. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yerevan!

Location was in the heart of Yerevan. Rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very safe and secure 24/7.

Really nice staff, good bed in a big room but sleeping time is respected, female bathroom and free towel is given, big kitchen with free tea and coffee.Well-located walkable distance to main attractions.
