Great friendly and very helpful hosts. Nice spa facilities and heated pool. Superb breakfast and tasty meals at restaurant. Very relaxing family stay!

Property is beautifull and cosy outside and inside. Parking is for free. The room is simple but extremly clean. The owner is great, talkactive and honest person. Food is G-R-E-A-T! Location is the best. In 30min you can get to Ski Circus, Zell am See, Kaprun, Kitsbuhel, Gerlos Alpenstrasse, Glossglockner Strasse(closed winter season). The village is very nice and cosy. The stuff is very nice. In Koch Pension I spent great, great, great time!!

We had our ski vacation in Hotel Schlossstuebe. The location is just perfect- between Kitzski area (the nearest lift near Mittersill is in ca. 10 minutes) and Kaprun area (20 minutes); Our family was accommodated in an apartment with 2 bedrooms; very clean and spacious; The food was delicious (HB). There is a small Spa area too.

The location was really great located in a really pretty place. Dinner was superb and cheap for the price.

The location and views are amazing. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and the room we had was excellent. The hosts were delightful and offered us with all the local attraction spots. We came from the UK in our little sports car to do the Grossglockner pass, and we were overwhelmed to discover that part of the accommodation included a free pass to it or to other attractions in the area.

Beautifully located, kind family. We really loved our stay here. We had only two full days, one we went to the Hintersee. The second day it was pouring down and Alex suggested to us to visit the Nationalpark Centre. It was well worth a visit. Highly recommend the Haidbach family as your host.

Excellent studio apartment with great location and perfect view from the terrace. The owner Ula is a very nice person, helpful, providing lots of information for the region. The building has two saunas and relax area, perfect for after ski. It has a ski room and parking. Perfect 10 for ski holiday 😊.

Clean property throughout, friendly host, 20% discount on Weissee Gletscherwelt ski lifts, separate containers for recycling in the room with clear instructions, comfortable beds including sofa bed in the kitchen/living room, hot water all the time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The property is extremely beautiful, and the view from both the bedroom and the living room is simply breathtaking. The large terrace is perfect for sitting outside and admiring the mountains – truly unforgettable. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the owners are exceptional people. The hostess is an outstanding woman who did everything possible to make us feel at home – and indeed, we felt exactly like home. Their warm hospitality completely won us over. If we could, we would give a rating much higher than 10. We will definitely return with great pleasure!

Clean, easy to access, dish washer, comfortable.

Hosts were very kind and super nice. I arrived completly wet from riding whole day in the rain. They greeted me so kindly and helped to dry by putting my stuff in the dryer room. They also gave me a closed garage for my motorycle. Room was amazing, super clean. Beakfast was unbelivable. Deff one of the best stays i ever had.

Spacious well equipped apartment, clean, calm with cozy beds. Bakery and grocery store close by. Friendly staff! Top! 🌸
