We recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Neo during our trip to Bosnia, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded all our expectations — everything was perfect, from the immaculate cleanliness and elegant furniture to the delicious food and rich breakfast. The location is also ideal, very convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially the lovely receptionist Mina. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made us feel incredibly welcome. She left us with a very special and heartfelt memory of Bosnia that we will always cherish. Location is perfect, very close to central station and city center. Excellent personell.

I stayed here for one night and was really happy with my choice. The hotel offers great value for money. It’s quiet, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. It's located about 7 km from the city center, so you’ll need to drive or grab a taxi—it's about a 10-minute ride. Not a big deal if you’re traveling by car, especially since they offer a large, secure parking lot under surveillance. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Nice hotel and great location. Room and shower were both clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and had many options.

Sve je bilo ok, apartmani nisu veliki ali ipak sasvim dovoljno za prespavati. Jedina zamjerka su jastuci, to nije uopste nesto na cemu se spava, previsoko i pretvrdo. Ponesite svoj jastuk i sve ostali je super.

Mirza the host was really kind, and made getting in to the apartment very easy. The apartment itself exceeds the pictures online. The Juliet balconies, skylights and patio make the space feel large and bright. It is a lovely, quiet space for a short or long stay and would definitely book again.

Everything is perfect! Just as the same as the photos. In the very center, with free garage.
