Location is excellent! One of the best views of the Island of Vitória. Breakfast was very good as well and included. We also had an amazing lunch trying local food and everything was fresh and tasty (not included like the breakfast).

Property is in walking distance to the airport and within close walking distance to the beach. The location of the accommodation is excellent for visiting the eateries in the area and is safe and clean. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. If you are not expecting unnecessary luxury but functionality and very good value for money, this is where you want to stay. We found the room and facilities clean and everything working.
