Located on top of the hill with great views of the city, yet quiet. Exactly what i wanted. The breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner options are good as well. The resort's staff is very helpful. I was on a work trip and had questions about going to specific locations in the city for meetings. The staff helped me with booking taxis and answered my questions. Special thanks to the reception team, particularly Ms. Dema, who helped me with a free upgrade to the suite room. Also, I needed my luggage to be dropped off at an office located in downtown Thimphu after check-out. The resort helped me bring the luggage over in the resort's car for free. This was beyond what I expected them to do. Big thank you. Highly recommended!

We were warmly welcomed and shown up to a huge, light filled beautiful bedroom with an amazing view of the square below and hills beyond. The room was immaculately clean with extremely comfortable beds (including feather pillows). We had three meals, two lunches and one breakfast. All were cooked to order. We can highly recommend the Thali which was beautifully presented.

The hotel was excellent. The staff could not do enough to make us feel at home. Everything was perfect. We spent both Christmas and New Year’s Eve at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate both occasions. I have spent many many years travelling , the experience at Tis hotel was one of the most memorable. Thank you to all the staff

Perfect and comfortable stay, with family including elderly parents and our toddler daughter. Hotel had all necessary facilities, good choice of food, great location and very very helpful staff. Using the Indoor heated swimming pool in the cold weather was the highlight !

Located next to the parliament and the royal palace, this is a nice place to stay in Thimphu. It is not located in the center though and so it may not suit everyone's needs. It is quiet and the staff cares about the clients. Rooms are large, comfortable and some have kitchens. The WiFi can be slow in the evening.

This hotel is perfectly located. It offers great facilities, modern equipment and comfortable rooms. We had a great stay there. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. A la carte breakfast offered a great choice of local and international options. It was yummy. We strongly recommend this hotel.
