The staff was extremely friendly and smiling, especially the restaurant staff. The receptionist told me we had her favourite room in the hotel and I can concur that it was flawless - very spacious, had everything one might need. The hotel itself seems a little bit dated at this point and could easily be a luxurious place with some renovation. However it is only if you are picky, the restaurant food was amazing, we enjoyed our time at the SPA greatly, the room was perfect, enjoyed the mountain outside the balcony. It was a perfect plan B due to a rainy day in St Gallen. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, everything is nearby. Hotel is really nice, looks better from inside than from outside.

The room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows were perfect. The room and bathroom were spotless as well. Breakfast had plenty of options and not crowded. Location was central, close to the parking as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

I really liked the mrs who owns the place. She is actually at the front desk. Very helpful with whatever I asked! Great breakfast included and overall a good and clean facility!

The service at the front desk was polite and reliable. It was nice that the room was spacious and clean despite its old appearance. The contents of the minibar were also cold.

The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, and even picked us up at the bus stop, as it was pouring rain. We could buy milk and eggs at the farm, so convenient! They were so kind to the kids and showed them around the farm. Very memorable.

The room was so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a real asset. Location was good for us - close to friends living nearby. But good location also to buses connecting to excellent rail network. Very good that the tourist tax included local bus service travel - made getting about very easy. Great shopping centre with good supermarkets very near.

The apartment was very spacious and with a well equipped kitchen. Literally a minutes walk from the bus stop, supermarket and a few restaurants.

The simplicity of the rooms is stunning. They are super clean. I slept like a baby - as the beds were great. The food is super and the private parking great convenience. Top location. I will be back.

All are fully equipped, have a living room, dining room, kitchen with everything necessary. It is a beautiful apartment, it suits us as a group. The small problem is that it is cold, there is no heat in the house.
