Accommodation in Lijiang

Traveling is incredibly convenient here. It is very close to the Big Water Wheel, with no detours for ancient‑city visits or taxi rides. Staff members are patient and efficient in communication and even give local small gifts. The room is immaculately cleaned with fully replaced stain‑free linens. Supporting facilities are complete with smooth‑working lighting and restroom fixtures. Thick soft bedding creates a relaxing comfortable stay with great overall cost‑performance.

The inn is overall clean and tidy, cozy, and has very high hygiene standards. Hygiene is done very well, with each guest changing and bedding clean white and odorless. The whole house is equipped with smart devices, including smart toilets, electric curtains, and heated bathrooms—all with attention to detail.

We had breakfast at the Intercontinental and the buffet was huge and had an excellent variety.

The hotel lobby is very elegant, with warm details (baby hand sanitizer, wet wipes, eye masks) and so on, and there is a quiet tea room available. Especially the leisure area in the courtyard of the hotel, it is very comfortable and makes people linger. This stay experience is perfect, every detail reflects the high quality and care of the hotel, and I strongly recommend it to my friends!

Such a beautiful hotel. The scenery is amazing from every angle. The restaurants and bakery on site were excellent - we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they were able to arrange a cake with candles at very short notice and even delivered a complimentary cake to our room later in the evening! Breakfast buffet had a great spread of western and Asian foods. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and animal feeding and complimentary hotel activities such as tie dyeing. Overall, an amazing stay.

The first feeling when you arrive in Lijiang is relaxation, the B&B room is warm, the flowers around the B&B are blooming, the small river ditch with flowing water is the clear spring flowing down the snow-capped mountains, and the Naxi Trilogy surrounds the ears when entering Sifang Street, experiencing a sufficient itinerary, and there will be a period in Lijiang later.

Great value for money with affordable rates and decent facilities. Clean separated bathrooms and supportive mattresses are provided alongside stable Wi‑Fi. The housekeeper arranges taxi services to make travelling hassle‑free.

Joye gave us a very warm welcome. We got a lot of suggestions wich were good. Also the staff speaks english so all of our questions were answered. Great to have some help like that in China! The room was really big and comfortable. Soft sheets, an electric blanket. Good shower, elektric heated (!) Smart toilet, very good hairdyer. We had more than we needed 😉 They arranged our trip to the tiger leaping gorge. They even noticed the owners of the hotel we booked in shangri la for our arrival. So nice! Many many thanks! I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful hotel! The gardens were gorgeous and gave such a relaxing vibe. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the owner’s two lovely dogs — they were so friendly and made the stay even more special. The room was big, spotless, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I felt so comfortable and welcome here — I’ll definitely be coming back! Mandy was extremely helpful and booked for us all the activities. She was always keeping in touch with with us during our day trips , making sure everything goes smoothly.

Amazing host, comfortable room for reasonable price. They accommodate your requests with utmost care. Airport pickup service was convenient, and we had a day trip to Baisha arranged by the host. I will come back!

The hotel itself is a haven of comfort. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was wonderfully plush, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a truly restful experience. We were even surprised with a gracious free upgrade which set a fantastic tone for our entire visit. However, it was Roxana's extraordinary kindness that truly defined our trip. During my journey to Shangri-La, I realized with dismay that I had left a sentimental fridge magnet behind in the room. I reached out to Roxana, and her response was immediate and effortless. She not only located the magnet instantly but also personally arranged for a courier to ensure it was delivered to my next hotel. Her proactive help and warm reassurance turned a moment of frustration into one of deep appreciation. Roxana is an absolute gem in the hospitality industry. Her dedication to guest satisfaction isn't just professional, it's personal and heartfelt. This level of attentive, compassionate service is rare and unforgettable. The service here far exceeded our expectations—attentive to all needs, friendly, and truly exceptional. They offer so many thoughtful complimentary amenities, including supper, gentle reminders throughout our stay, laundry service and even foot-soaking packs with mugwort leaves. The location is strategic. As a result, we could explore the city with total peace of mind, and return to the hotel for a wonderful relaxing rest.
