Great location, very good personnel, wonderful spacious room, almost everything is in the room. Exceptional breakfast

Everything was perfect, all the hotel was very customer friendly, there was everything we needed. The food was great, also the swimming pool and relaxing area was very nice, clean and relaxing. The hotel is in very nice area and it is great for a walk.

Excellent location...excellent food. All staffs are so helpful. Tiyani square..drum tower moon lake close to the hotel. We had a wonderful time there.

The staff was so Friendly and helpful there allow us free extra for checkout and so neat.

Our rooms were very spacious, with huge bathroom including shower, tub, all toiletries, etc. The bed was super large and comfortable, light controls, A/C was simple. Hotel is located on Tianyi Square, with many shops and cafes around, and lots of interesting sightseeing options in walking distance. Breakfast (charged separately) was good, with lots of options and nice taste, with good coffee. However, we used it only once (during 3 night stay) and instead ee went outside. Staff wss super friendly and helpful and this is one of the nicest hotel experiences in China so far.

Possibly the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. Very friendly staff in the Indigo Ningbo Riverside Hotel. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to get a very early train, but will definitely plan to come back and spend more time there

We chose it because it is near the railway station. It is also near the very nice moon lake park. The staff were attentive and helpful

I liked the hotels high quality and hospitality. I really appreciated Igor (Guest relations manager) for his accommodation and hospitality to our group with halal food recommendations and activities. He really made our trip easier and more enjoyable.

Great location, clean, modern, comfortable room with plenty of space. Near to incredible shopping area, easy & convenient.

I was only for one night, so couldn't have time for breakfast but the lcoation was quite comfortable for me.

Location is excellent, right at the metro stop. The rooms were small but nice. The shared restrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Highly recommend it! The staff was helpful, they even ordered us a cab to the airport.
