The design of the place and room is beautiful, so elegant and nicely done. Cleanliness is top notch, there’s also a washing machine available other than the usual hotel amenities and equipment so that’s a plus. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Location wise is fantastic. There are shopping centres, malls, massage center, bars and lots of restaurants and eateries withing walking distance. All in all, this is a recommended place to stay when you’re at Xining

The room was extra spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom shower was soothing. The breakfast which we were offered for free was an excellent spread of tasty local food. The staff were extremely polite, respectful and so eager to help. The two shift managers spoke very good English and helped us no end. The driver who took us round the city was thoughtful and explained everything with the help of a translator app. On the whole one of the best places I have stayed at world wide.

The receptionist, a lovely woman named Malijuan, recieved me with a most kind welcome and warm hospitality. Staff speak adequate English, the rooms are warm, quiet and comfortable, and the neighborhood is pleasant with many shops to get food and banks nearby to change currencies. The hostel is also clean and comes equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities.
