I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Plus points: The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is very new (July 2025): Everything is brand new in-house. The mattresses are super-comfortable.

Stayed for one night after a late flight and took a bus the next day from the bus station across the road. Simple, clean and safe hotel that provides a good stopover point. Helpful friendly staff and the airport transfer was great.

Location - was close to where the buses drop off from Cartagena and Santa Marta Price - was extremely cheap for a 1 night stay Amenities - towels, soap and air conditioning provided Staff - check in was easy, check out was easy. Staff also called us a taxi. We had a small amount of cash left and the taxi that they called was for that exact amount (lower than a normal taxi would be)

I had a really lovely stay here. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The kitchen was a big bonus, it made the stay feel more comfortable and convenient. For what you get, the price is genuinely great value. I also wan to highlight the customer service, everyone I interacted with was warm, helpful and quick to respond.
