Tina is a very lovely and warm person. She made sure that we had a very nice stay and had everything that we needed. The home is so beautiful that you find something new to admire all the time. It is clear that a lot of love and effort has been put in this home. The fridge was full of food so we didn't even have to get groceries straight away (breakfast foods like eggs, cheeses, hams, milk, bread, juice, flour etc.) During our stay 5 kittens also hanged out with us outside. We named them all:D You can find their names in the guest book:). Ps! If you are coming without a car it is not very easy to go to places. We did walk to Palaichoiri (about 30-40 min walk). It was a lovely walk in the mountains (picture of mountains taken on the walk). There is also a minibus that drives there. It is the nearest village where they have a small grocery shop and a bit more coffee shops/restaurants but Askas also has restaurants and coffee shops. However they were not all open everyday during our stay. Staying at Tinas country house was lovely. You will feel like royalty as it is so beautiful.

Everything. Ms Androulla provided everything we needed and more. It was incredibly warm and cozy in the house which is a stunning traditional home. There were even board games to play and there was a fully equipped kitchen. What made it special were the tiny details provided such as snacks, wine, coffee, tea etc. The location is ideal for a getaway in a traditional Cypriot village, the house is easy to find and even has a lovely restaurant next door.

My sister and I stayed at Pitaria for four nights, and honestly, it was way beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and completely fell in love with the place. The location is amazing — a beautiful, quiet village that feels authentic and peaceful, the perfect spot to slow down and really enjoy the experience. It’s calm, charming, and exactly what we were looking for. The house has everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the big hot bath, which was such a treat after long days out. The fireplace was incredible and made the place feel so cozy. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets, and there was heating, which made our stay even more comfortable. We never had a single issue with water or electricity during our stay. What really makes this place special is its history. Staying there felt unique and meaningful, and learning about what happened in this house in the past made the experience even more interesting. You can truly feel that the place has a soul. The terrace was unforgettable. We watched the sunset and later looked up at a sky full of stars — such peaceful, magical moments that we’ll remember for a long time. Overall, this was an amazing stay and we couldn’t have been happier. I would 100% recommend Pitaria to anyone looking for a special, cozy, and authentic place to stay. We would absolutely come back.

Great location in the mountains. George the host and his family were very welcoming and also took us for a short walk to see the sun setting. Everything you need is at the chalets including the use of bbq and fridge. If you do want to eat out there is a restaurant nearby that George will book for you.

Beautiful appartment in the lovely town of Agros. Located quitely in the outer parts of the town. Mr. Petros warmly welcomes you with fruits and more. He owns the cured meats shop next door and gives you a tour through garden, his winery, and the smoked saussages production+tasting. Great! Agros is a lively town with mainly locals and hence is more authentic, than most of the usual spots in the mountains. Great dining options and activities. The appartment has basically all you need and is good place to stay. Just a few things to improve: * Add some dishes and cutleries, already hard for 2 persons to manage; bowls, cups would be nice * Bedroom had some funny smell, like some sewage pipe was leaking; sure this will be fixed * Kind of fine soot all over the floor, some intense mopping maybe needed
