Accommodation in Polemi

The location of the villa is perfectly set, you can sunbathe and enjoy the pool with no onlookers. The kitchen is fully kitted with everything you could possibly need and included complimentary dishwasher tablets, Persil detergent, Washing up liquid and sponge etc. There's enough plates and cutlery for a full family with no issues. The air conditioning worked perfectly in all rooms. The BBQ was a lovely feature and included all the skewers and grill bits you need in the outhouse/shed. We loved that the owner seemed to keep toiletries & extras (sun tan lotion, shower gel etc) which other people had left behind to reuse and save waste. The villa came with complimentary wine from the owner and fresh towels which was a very nice touch! We felt very welcomed and the owner was quick to reply to all messages on the Booking.com app. The local cats are very well cared for in the area and it's really nice to see. The villa has parking available at the side of the villa with designated signs. Do not try to park on the drive, it could be hazardous to your rental vehicle due to the steep incline of the driveway. I also personally liked the touch of needing to insert the key into the slot near the fuse box which meant you couldn't forget to turn the aircon off as I'm quite eco-conscious. We had a lovely experience staying here and would love to return again! There's a few lovely vineyards around which we enjoyed and a local small supermarket up the hill which had most of your needs available - if that fails there's plenty of larger supermarkets in Paphos which is a 25 minute drive away.

Beautiful, spacious property with fantastic view. Comfortable, clean and well equiped kitchen. Host is always prompt and helpful. Definitely staying here again.

The fireplace is wonderful, creating a cosy atmosphere in this quiet place. It also offers a beautiful side view of the mountains. Mr Savvas went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, there are a couple of local taverns and coffee shops nearby.

The pool and terrace were great :) we have a lot of fun swimming and preparing breakfast at terrace.

Lovely authentic Cypriot stone house in beautiful Stroumpi. Very comfortable beds, lovely pool area, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room and responsive hosts. The house has lovely artwork all around the house that really creates a rare and successful blend of rustic/modern style.

Location perfect, immaculately clean everything you needed

Second year staying here. It’s a beautiful traditional property, clean and well equiped. Beautiful views and fantastic host.

The house was absolutely beautiful and cozy, even more stunning in person than in the pictures! Surrounded by peaceful nature, it felt like a true retreat. Everything was spotless and well cared for, making our stay extra comfortable.

We stayed for 14 nights in April 2026, we are a retired couple visiting family who live in Letymvou village. The accommodation was perfect for our needs, stylishly furnished, and very short walking distance to the superb Letumvou Tavern. The villa was adequate for the 2 of us, all necessary equipment provide, peaceful location, designated parking (car is essential as there are no shops in the village), outside patio area is a well equipped sun trap with table. chairs, sunbeds and outdoor cooking facilities. The hosts are excellent, communications first class and we will definitely return.

Amazing view and peacefulness of the village. We spent hours in the outdoor area every day and most of the time we were on our own. The apartment is also beautiful with fully functional kitchen, washing machine and shower with good water pressure (it is a bit tricky to warm up the water, so better ask the host for full instructions before using it). We could easily get to Paphos and Polis by car, but loved spending time in the beautiful village of Letymbou. There is also a great village taverna within 10 minutes walk, which serves much better food than touristic restaurants around beaches. We were also lucky with our host Christina - she is very kind, hospitable and responsive. We would recommend this place to those who want to have a taste of rural life in Cyprus.

Everything was abdolutely as described in previous reviews. Mistress of the house with big love takes care of the house and her guests! She's very friendly, helpful and nice ! The house and area are beautiful! Mountains and vineyards! Thanks a lot ❤️

I really liked everything. Clean, cozy, tidy. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The views were gorgeous. It was quiet and the birds were singing.

We absolutely loved our stay — the house exceeded our highest expectations! Everything was beautiful, comfortable and worked perfectly. The owner is incredibly kind, helpful and truly cares about his guests. He surprised us with some lovely treats during our stay, helped us when we had a problem with our car battery, and even recommended a boat rental where we received a discount thanks to him. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden is full of delicious fresh fruit and vegetables that guests are welcome to enjoy. If you’re planning a holiday in Cyprus, we honestly couldn’t recommend a better place. We would love to come back! ❤️
