Location great for my flight back.

Place is quite and everything looks clean and new. In my room was nice balcony. Bathroom is a masterpiece:) Very lovely.

This hotel is a special gem in Larnaca. I never stay anywhere else but here since it was opened few years ago. Staff, facilities, proximity to old town and great restaurant make it a rare pearl in the city. You notice once you enter that the hotel is special-beautiful smell all around, its design, incredible open yard where you can have open door breakfast, beautiful swimming at rooftop is what you do not expect when entering but it adds to its luxury feeling with treatment by staff like you are at home. Particularly comfortable beds, super great cleaning by Nina who smiles each time you pass the coridor. Restaurant deserves special mention in terms of food but particularly for staff: Milan, Elena and others who make you feel special with service that is rarily found in the best hotels in Europe. I stayed in this hotel since its opening and every time it makes my heart melt. The receptionist deserve special thanks as she helped me with some personal requests that she was not bound to but did all to make all work. When you stay here you want to book for next year immediately and you have to do it fast as it is always fully booked!

Really a good apartment. Pure luxury. Everything was nice and clean. We would love to come back. Warm welcome at the door and everything worked as described. I could have shown some pictures, but they just look like the ones in the ad on booking.com - really nice. And no, I don't know the landlord and get no return commission ;-)

A beautiful apartment where we were woken up every morning by the sunlight and the sound of the waves. The location is excellent — just a few steps down the stairs and you are already on the beach. The host was very kind, incredibly responsive, and always helpful in resolving any issues. We would happily come back again.

Beautiful location near the beach, Lazarus church, markets and restaurants. You can easily reach the most popular Larnaca locations for a 10 minute walk. We are very glad to meet the owner of the apartments, good service, he helped us a lot with reservation time and prepared an apartment before we arrived. Inside the apartment everything was clean, you will be able to use all the electronics that you need on your journey. Thank you very much!

A lot of small amenities making the stay really great. Easy contact and access to the flat, a lot of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic stay! We visited Lokàl Boutique Hotel for just a day, and we wish we could stay for the entire week, since we were pleasantly surprised in so many ways! Our room was of a great size, with modern amenities, hot water throughout the day and very clean. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to support us with our requests. The design of these two buildings is just great - it’s an amazing project preserving the old next to the new - very rare found in Cyprus and such an architectural gem for Larnaca. We would recommend this place for couples & friends. We will definitely be back.
